Beautiful family band, I remember back in 1979 when I was 9 and I wanted to be part of a band. I wanted to be the singer lol. We were inspired by Sham 69 and my mate was a guitarist and his Dad was a really good drummer. We used to watch West Ham United. Both father and son are dead now. This is a beautiful song, thanks so much.

Seen Morrissey in concert about 15 times and this was the very first Smiths song I heard him sing, at Blackpool. I got proper excited, having never seen The Smiths live.
