@@thetruthhurts7500 I understand as I studied for 5 years. In our school it's Kenjutsu which is the umbrella for all swords schools. We are not allowed to call it Katori Shinto Ryu as its set for Japan. If you know about keppan you would understand. Kendo is a separate sword discipline.

I believe that Otake Risuke is the gentleman in the gray suit who can sometimes be seen watching in the background. The iaijutsu in the beginning is performed by one of his sons, if I'm not mistaken.
Otake Risuke Sensei has just passed away. 1926-2021. May he Rest in Peace.
