David Thwaites is the quintessential Eustace Scrubb. He’s like Alastair Sim in Scrooge (1951 version). He can play an amazing villain and then turn on a dime and be a total bad ass. He’s very convincing here.

NARNIA FUN FACT: Tom Baker (Puddleglum), Camilla Power (Jill) and David Thwaites (Eustace) were the best of mates during filming and all three went out to the cinema together to see the film 'Dick Tracy' when it first came out in 1990! 🦁
