I’m going to be shaving my head soon, and wanted something to get me down to skin for photos and video shoots. I must say this.. you should be removing the first hairs with your trimmer and then the second removal with your shavers. It saves your time

Yeah you’re hair was too long for the first time, when you start to do it every other day or 3 days it goes faster and it’s easier!

I watched your video prior to purchasing this product, I had already pretty much made up my mind to buy one if these. I can honestly say that it works extremely well. For an even closer shave, I use a manual cartridge razor, yet the shaver itself is enough to give a satisfactory shave, especially if one has fine hair. I used clippers with no guard to cut my long hair as short as possible, then went from there with the Palm Skull Shaver to become bald. Your video is very informative and accurate, there was indeed some minor irritation early on, yet this faded quickly, as my skin became accustomed to shaving. I've been bald for several weeks, and I intend to stay this way.

@@ErikawithaK You're most welcome! When I first used the Skull Shaver, I used it for my undercut, although I knew that I would eventually use it to shave my entire head (see below). If you have a steady hand, the Skull Shaver can do undercuts very well. Several weeks after buying the Skull Shaver, I bought the Beast Clipper Pro so that I could remove most of my hair with it. Like you mentioned, the Skull Shaver won't remove long hair.
You looked wonderful bald, just as you do with a pixie hairstyle--it must be comforting to know that you look good bald, and have that option available! Speaking for myself, as I had lost some hair, as minor an amount as it was, I decided to shave it all off, hence my desire to remain bald. I would recommend it to anyone. I feel more attractive and more confident, and there are many advantages that have come with my decision. When I had hair, I received so many compliments about my style, yet many people didn't realise how much time I spent on it!

thank you so much!! I think you are less likely to cut yourself with the skull shaver but if your hair is too long, it isn't very efficient... definitely follow the instructions first for best results! lol
Some people use the skull shavers for wet, foam & gel shaving too though I've never tried it.

Looks ace! Definitely would use a cream/ balm after shave especially on neck if burning and maybe use aftershave on head to keep from any infection?

Interesting and efficient shaver product
I've used an electric shaver of similar design but with two heads, not three. The reason that the video and the operation is so long is that the hair was too long. I found that it was much more time efficient to use the shaver every day as the regrowth was easily handled by the cutting heads. Less than five minutes was all that was needed.
I've used those. I shave anyway my head almost every second day. So at least I'm times faster shaving wet with a blade. And the result is much cleaner.
With any electric shaver, from cheap to expensive, and independently to which tech concept, I need much more time to shave. Especially if I want it to be as bald can be can.

So.. this made me subscribe ☺ I have dandruff problems and lately I've considered shaving my head at least for the length of the spring/summer here in Alabama the 2 seasons are basically one, but I ended up ordering a similar head shaver to this so ill be giving it a shot on Tuesday evening when it comes in! I shaved my head once before and my mom flipped 🤣 after I told her I was gonna do it.. she came home from work and I was like 🤷♂️ I told you! Anyways thanks for the first impressions ☺

@@ErikawithaK because of my job i dont get much free time. my hair is now a bit longer than what you had in the video plus in a black guy so my hair has that curly texture. do you have any recommendations to bring it low enough for the Razor?
@@kimpod2417 I think using a t-line first would be your best bet. Or a regular buzzer without a guard. then use this. I hope that helps!

I got the Butterfly. Gonna put that poor thing through the ringer and see if it can do body hair. This seems more labor intensive than I thought it would be. Maybe with my stubble it will be fine.
yes my hair was too long for it. works better on short hair!
Also, if anyone's surely mentioned. Wet your head, add shaving cream and it goes through even a little longish hair easier and gives almost bladelike closeness.

So did it get your scalp smooth or kinda like velrco?
it was 100% smooth like a razor would. the skull shaver works best on hair that is at the velcro length... it makes it completely smooth.

I'm seriously considering getting myself a skull shaver to maintain a completely bald head. I'm curious to know if it leaves your head completely smooth bald and how long you think it would take to use it daily to maintain the clean shaved look?

thank you so much! yes it is completely smooth like a razor would do. if you maintain the cut every 1-2 days it should take more than a few minutes everyday. if you let it grow... it's going to take longer each time. hope that helps!
@@ErikawithaK That's not true and you know it. This razor doesn't shave completely smooth. I have Gold PRO one. And it's a bit disappointment. It leaves grain texture on the top of the head.
@@dannylodden maybe you're not doing it right because I've been using the three blade and it really does leave a smooth clean shave, maybe not in 5 or 10 minutes, perhaps 15 but it does leave a smooth feeling.

You can get a closer quicker shave using a DE razor (like your grandfather used) doing a two pass shave. It's scary the first few times.

Hi I'm a black woman from Alabama I been going to the barber for a long time then I told him I wanted my hair shave he didn't listen to me so I shave my head with a razor his shaver was not clean I got the barbers itch from him I had to go to the hospital did you use using shaving cream are anything
