This is a Radial Shockwave Therapy Machine. It does improve ED. I am a Physical Therapist by Profession and I have recommended this machine to many patients and their feedback is positive. I have one that looks similar but not exact same. It had a manual the had instructions. But also has hard silicone tips which I heard one of them is for ed but.. They don't fit on the ed plastic tips. I'm not sure and losing hope increasingly. Oh well... You win some you lose some! I'm still going to try... At least it's got to be good for something. We cannot do 30 Hz, but the shockwave therapy has the following parameters, 1 No. of Shocks and Intensity. We need to double the time at 15 Hz frequency to have the same number of shocks for 30 Hz Frequency per unit time (mins). I hope you can understand.

Yes, i have used the pneumatic (air) model. The shockwave produces uncomfortable or painful sensation during and after treatment if the intensity is too high. But, it works.

As far as diameter size us concerned, its a simple concept (pressure = force per unit area, the larger the area the smaller the pressure and the smaller the area the larger the pressure). Concave is for convex body surfaces like (knuckles or bony elevations or processes) Convex is for concave body surfaces. Hope it will help.

Yes the silicon sleeves (Blue Caps) can be removed. They won't burn the skin. The silicone sleeves are to avoid contamination.
