This song is always good introduction, it’s a nice taste but trust the music evolves and so much more substance in later albums. He went on an historic run after blue slide park. There’s to many choices to just pick one song to recommend, if I were on my deathbed and had to play one last song it would be Hand me downs or surf by mac. Songs bring me pure euphoria, one of the best discography’s in hiphop
If you’re truly just getting into Mac I recommend listening to GOOD AM. Has a lot of different musical elements but is generally mostly hip hop. I recommend the songs brand name, 100 grandkids, and perfect circle/Godspeed
Check out his latest stuff so Self Care is a good one. The entire Swimming album is great. His old stuff shows his versatility but his newer stuff shows another side and another sound.

Loved the reaction brotha! It’s best if you start from beginning and go to the end instead of hopping to different stages of his music career.
