I’m a nurse tech and in nursing school. I wear compressions everyday. Before I had them my legs and feet would ache. I am now ache free.
Agree with the comfortable scrubs. Not tight. I don’t care if my boobs or butt are on display. Great advice. I am loving your channel.

Nurse Liz I bought the dr.motion compressions off amazon. I think it was $25.00 ish for 4 or 5 pairs. Plus, you get to pick the design!

I really love your videos. Dansko shoes and I do not get along. I rolled my foot and broke while wearing them at work. Before I broke my foot, I thought they were super comfortable. Unfortunately I have to do a tennis shoe. My go to is new balance.

What about scrub tops? Do you normally size up or stick with your normal shirt size when ordering?
My professor recommended the extra scrubs. She stressed to us, you still have to stay if you have bodily fluids on you. Lol

Not that I can think of that would cover all specialties. I would make your own! I have a video on a DIY reference binder. If you search that it should pop up! That will be the most helpful for you!
