Yay to Lindsay! I would love to have a friend to go crate digging with, but I must confess, I picky like Lindsay and usually only come home with just a few records.
Very nice Matt. You need to make a trip to Pittsburgh and check out Jerrys and the Attic. Literally a million records to look at with phenomenal prices.
Hey guys! I’m gonna visit NYC soon and I’m planning to visit A1 Records and Academy Records, are there any more record stores to visit or thrift stores? I’m a fan of music from the 1910’s, 1920’s, 1930’s, 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s and 1970’s. Thanks!
Nice tour of NYC stores. That Fela album looks great. I visited his shrine in Lagos and saw his son Femi's band play there. That was a real special moment. Take care!
@@TooManyRecords I went to Limited to One today and wow what a store. The owner Christian was very cool and super knowledgeable. I strongly suggest a visit to TMR fans if you like more modern yet rare finds.
I love NYC I just wish I could live and work there, I have said this before but the REVOX B790 will play your records the way the master was cut and will play records that have been scratched and the tonearm won't follow the path of the scratch.
*Jazz Record Center* on 26th and 8th Ave. is the best store in NYC for Jazz. Huge selection with decent prices. I see you went to Turntable Lab. It's a great store for gear, but IMHO their record selection is really weak.
Wow, bet you two had a blast! Thank you so much for taking us with you! You gotta do that again, Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄 #vinyl
I'm in NYC right now trying to do some shopping. It's an amazing place.

CHROMATICS’ Night Drive tho! That was worth the haul alone. Love that album.
Can't believe you missed Limited To One in the Village, which has the kinds of limited records that you're always talking about.
They were closed on Mondays and that was the day I went shopping :(
