Challenges of Diversity in Tech & STEM

Carlson Factory and Peter Ojum discuss the challenges of working in IT as people of color and what hurdles they face growing in the tech industry. People have different experiences as they navigate STEM fields. It's not always negative but in terms of challenges of being black in tech or being a minority in the Software and Engineering world, it can be hard sometimes.
