One thing I've found that helps me to keep a good sleep schedule is to do some exercise in the evening to make you more tired, which will help to stop you staying up all night

I have AP Human Geography homework to do where I need 5 news stories from 5 different times during the summer in France and I need to fill out a big packet for each. I hate my life. British.24 yrs old.Female. Ethnic. Fibromyalgia.Unable to work.Getting no support. Very unproductive and undeveloped. Can't cook. Can't drive.Have no friends. Too weak to end my own life. Victim of bullying which has got worse into adulthood. Beyond depressed. Even going for walks, meditating, cleaning,journalling,drawing,onpine browsing,watching RUclips, scrolling through social media,searching for.opportunities,strolling around the town centre shops,volunteering,reading and other things aren't helping at all. I hate myself. Struggling to even get out of bed. Failing. Suffering.Still living in box . I am stuck in awful, broken,undecorated house with miserable,disabled,uneducated,immigrant parents & I have no extended family nor.friends. The authorities who are overpaid and supposed to help vulnerable people like me,well, to say the least, they are corrupt,racist,nasty and evil.to say the leas and find it hilarious to make the vulnerable even poorer & worse off. I have reached out to countless organizations for help but they have each rejected,ignored,dismissed and mocked me, believe it or not. I am sat up here, scared,angry,overthinking,unemployed,dumb,ugly, & very painfully unproductive. Please would someone out there/God/The universe help me, alas, today!

My way to stay productive in summer is learning new languages that really helps me I do this every summer and now I can talk 6 languages and I am only 14😊

how do you keep up with all these AP classes without having mental breakdowns and lack of motivation bcz i sometimes just quit and leave everything behind and i just depend on my intelligence on exams without studying for them!! please help me!!! and ps: my school starts at 8am and ends at 6 but i only get home at 7pm sooo
try breaking it down into smaller bits and pieces and set little weekly goals and keep a planner take good notes and if you don't understand something you can always ask your teachers, they will be happy to help you. Also I am assuming you are in summer right now so if you haven't already ask your teachers to start sending you the syllabus or a list of the things you need to review/refresh or try reading some books at the library (of mice and men, frankenstein, heart of darkness, hamlet, animal farm)

Why does every person that makes a summer routine type of video have summer homework? I've never had summer homework and usually I would study some material over the summer for next year

Agree. In my country, you either know people that can reserve the job for you or just wait till you are 18, because everything is full.
