Praise the Lord Jesus Christ. Friends, I have read the second chapter of Gospel John from The Holy Bible - King James version. I tried to share my understanding of some of the verses as I read through the chapter. I would love to hear from you all whoever gets to watch this.
I pray that Lord Jesus would touch your life and help you grow in His knowledge and love. May you be saved and be found in Jesus Christ. Bible says that whosoever repents of their sin and believe that Christ died for our sins and shed His blood to cleanse us of all our sins and on the third day He rose from the dead, He or she will receive the gift of salvation which is purely the grace of God. It is so because then no one can boast. Salvation is a free gift from God for those who trust in Him and put their faith in Him alone.
Only through Jesus Christ, we can have salvation. In the Bible, Jesus says that He is the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to the Father but through Him.
I am saved by grace through faith alone. No work of mine could have earned me salvation and eternal life in Heaven. The pure grace of God Jesus Christ and His blood shed on the cross is the ultimate sacrifice for my sins. All my sins are wiped off past, present, and future. I have God promise that I will be raised with Him because He rose from the dead and defeated death.
Good news of salvation:
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
