In the JetAppointment there's no opportunity to book days, you can book hours and set working hours for services. If you want the user to be able to book days, then it's better to use JetBooking.

You'll be redirected to the page where you'll need to copy the URL prnt.sc/2267fgw 5. The next step is to go to Appearance > Menus.
