CHEVROLET CRUZE FRONT CONTROL ARM REMOVAL REPLACEMENT | CHEVY CRUZE BAD BUSHINGS
In this video we will show what needs to be done if you need to replace front control arm or remove front control arm on Chevrolet Cruze. Often the front control arm has to be removed to replace bad bushings or replaced because of bad bushings. We demonstrated how to replace front right control arm on Chevrolet Cruze but front left control arm will be almost the same way. Chevy Cruze in some markets it is known as Holden Cruze. We explained how to remove / replace front control arm on a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze but it should work on the following years.

Yes. It’s a good idea, on my Cruze the wheel got crooked as the joint wore out. I probably won’t get it aligned if the wheel goes back to straight after the control arm is replaced.

No. The cruze can only get aligned by the toe. The caster and the camber cannot be adjusted on the stock suspension. The only thing that could happen is that your control arm bushings are so worn out that it affects your camber and the only remedy to that is replacing your control arms.
Tl;dr: replacing your control arms does not require an alignment. It corrects it.
