Hi everyone. If you have been following my recent post, you might find out that I fly with Starlux Airlines quite frequent because I have been waiting to experience this luxury airline before the pandemic hit the world. Today, I'm finally on its first every A350xwb from Taipei (TPE) to Bangkok (BKK). I travelled Business Class. I am lucky to have the chance to tour ALL THE CABINS CLASSES with an amazing crew, Miss Nancy. First of all, business class seats are so comfortable. It adopts a few functions for passengers' comfort. The highlight is the Zero-Gravity which adopts NASA technology, alleviating fatigued throughout the flight. When it's put into flat bed, surprisingly the width is great with sufficient legroom. The cabin adopts classy coloured themed design and you literally feel luxury as an overall.
In my previous video, I mentioned the inflight catering. You can feel that Starlux is really putting in effort to provide the best for the passengers, as if they bring the Michelin kitchen onboard. Online pre-book meals are available for all cabin classes. Cabin crew are amazing. Miss Nancy, who served along my aisle, is so friendly. As I mentioned few times in the video, you can feel her passionate about this job. She is so friendly, energetic, passionate and pretty. She truly deserves my compliment for receiving the title of "the best crew". Starlux's next potential purser or the model. As Starlux is expanding, the chances of meeting the same crew is huge. At the end of my flight, I had a group photo with all the crew. I saw Miss Ashley too who served me in my previous TPE-KUL trip. It was an amazing experience when the crew recognised you. She was the one on my thumbnail picture. However, she was working in economy class at that time.
To be honest, this is by far my best business class experience. Despite I don't drink liquor that much, Starlux offers very wide arrays of wine and champagne. Amenities such as eyeshade, earplug and slippers are available upon request. I believe bag of amenity kit for Business Class and First Class will be rolled out soon when the long-haul flight commences. Some more touch-up might go on progressively. Starlux A350 is the first fleet that adopts dimmable window panel. It's also the largest cabin, which is 4-inch wider and 35--inch longer. On the side note, my apology for missing out the business class lavatory inspection was left out. You can hear some soft music in the lavatory. Should I try Starlux economy class next? 商务舱的酒水选项琳琅满目, 各种香槟白酒红酒调酒果汁氣泡水任君选. 所有艙等的旅客都可以提前在網路預選餐点. 這次我也是點了他們家最有名的胡同美國牛肉飯. 可以感覺到星宇真的是用心和大方在設計每一样東西. 以前总覺得可能是夸大其词, 亲身体验了几次. 真心感觉星宇几乎是把整个米其林餐厅搬到空中让乘客享用最好的餐点. 星宇另一个最大的特点就是空服员. 他们家的空服员真的是各个训练有素, 彬彬有禮, 非常友善, 专业勤快又不失优雅, 特别是在我坐的商務艙走道服务的Nancy, 我真的可以完全感受到那種以诚待人和对工作的热忱的態度. 作為乘客的我真的有种賓至如歸的感受, 非常感谢Nancy因為您的完美無瑕, 无微不至的服务水準和座舱长Jessica和Jane你们的热情和友善又再次让我对星宇的好感翻倍.

覺得他們很貼心喔！我搭了兩次微旅行跟一次峴港來回，都有申請輪椅協助，每一趟地勤跟空服都很細心協助，我是第二次搭乘時才知道，原來我買經濟艙，但我需要輪椅協助，他們有關懷協助櫃檯在商務艙那邊，我可以直接去那邊報到，不用跟經濟艙的人一起排，然後推輪椅過海關的時候遇到顛簸或斜坡時也會適時放慢速度，如果斜坡較陡或是長斜坡，就會用倒退的保護輪椅客人的安全，在機艙裡，登機時及有需要廁所時，都有兩位空服員過來協助，真的很棒！👍
去年我生日那天搭乘，他們一知道當天我生日，也拿了禮物給我，客艙經理特地在降落前再次過來查看我在廁所撞到手的地方還有沒有不舒服👍那是我自己一個不小心的疏忽，害他們擔心了

Wow, very nice airline! When first showing the cabin my wife commented “It looks like it’s smells fresh and new!” and then you confirmed it! One of my wife’s aunts lives in Taipei and we want to visit after things open up more. I don’t think Starlux flights out of Phuket but we could pop up to Bangkok to catch them.
Thanks for watching Mr and Mrs Khaki! Indeed it's really fresh and new. I have no regret for flying with them. I have a strong feeling that either Phuket or Chiang Mai could be their next potential Thailand's city to operate to. A little info about the A350. You might have to experience it as soon as possible for BKK-TPE's route because A330neo will replace the A350 fleet again as the A350 will be used mainly for the LAX and NRT's route with effective from April.
FA. Dorlia was on my flight from SFO to TPE last week (watch my video on that too)! She's super nice. For a new airline, JX has done so much to surprise me. Keep surprising, and I can see myself switching from JL to JX.

I have a strong feeling that they might operate flights to Europe when more A350 join JX's fleet team. I saw some European cities' portraits and descriptions are shown in its flight map. LHR, FRA, CDG are huge markets to Taiwan-based airlines.

If it was me, I would just drink champagne through the entire flight -- Bollinger is my favorite, and few other airlines serve it. That alone makes me want to fly Starlux.
Too bad I forgot to ask the crew for letting me to film the menu, else I would be able to show it in the video. They offer a wide array of champagne. Give it a try I'm sure you would love the flight :)

The business class dining table is really so shaky ,they should improve on it；用餐的小桌板看起來全程都非常的激動不已一直抖動；在其他地方的商務艙算是很罕見

sadly, the planes fly to and from Malaysia does not have premium economy. deliberately fly to Singapore to take PE from Singapore to LAX
Probably it's because Singapore and Taipei has more passengers' loading. All airlines fly to and fro Taipei from Singapore are wide body aircraft. Hopefully to see JX operates KUL route using A350.
