The Hall is called Commonwealth Hall andits a student residence (Hostel) The Great Hall is what you were talking about where academic ceremonies and other functions are held.
Apart from all these check the architectural works from the grounds to the tools of all the buildings in Legon aligned in the right angles that make the place unique
Legon architectural design is unique. You will struggle to understand it within a day. Those of us who lived in it as home for years understand the beauty of it. Walk through the Vandal City - Commonwealth Hall and you’ll marvel. All the best.

Knust is more beautiful, probably because they’re technology university so the school is planned by their own engineers. Ghanaians generally have very beautiful universities.
