      I have gate 5 and right arrow. I can't stick to all routines, accept the time i sleep, I wake up and eating times

      Ummmm aren't top left arrow pointed to right and bottom left arrow pointed to left contradictory??? Above one says no routine and the bottom one says have structure?

    This was so helpful to me! I am a MG, both right arrows and undefined gate 5. An aha moment for me during this video is that when I’m on vacation, I naturally wake up earlier and am more active and productive in the morning than everyone that is with me on the vacation, but I realize now it is because when I’m on vacation I am fully giving myself the freedom to do what feels good! I’m not worrying about “have to’s” or forcing myself to stick to a routine. Non-routine is actually the thing that makes me the MOST productive! 🤯🎉😂

    Time to unwind and wash off the energy/vibes from the day. Need really strong bedtime/evening hygiene. Remove yourself from external stimulation and the energy of others (even social media)
    Go to bed before the other person or wake up after them. Sleep alone if possible

      Yes! My partner and I are on different sleep/wake schedules. My natural wake up time is 4-5 AM and my natural bed time is 8 PM. My partner is in bed by midnight usually and sleeps until 7:30. I’m a projector and he’s a generator. So this schedule works for me energetically.

      awesome! Me and my man of 7 years have separate bedrooms and I really think the sleep separation is the key to success. Just sets everything up right for the night so that the day can go better :-)

    I’m a manifestor. My top left arrow points to the left, the bottom left points to the right and gate 5 is undefined 🤪
    I guess I’ll work on a list of things to pic in the morning... or just ask me open ended questions regarding what I need in the moment.
    What works for me: going to bed before I’m actually really tired, Picking my outfit for the next day, Knowing what I’ll eat in the morning (even if it’s the same thing everyday).
    I’ll try reviewing what’s planed for the day because I feel like that will probably help too!

    Both left arrows point right, and I have a conscious gate 5 activation. This helps me understand my internal conflict of never feeling able to live by a schedule BUT needing some type of structure! Amazing. Thank you.

    This video is so helpful! I spent my entire life trying to figure out why I struggle to be "organized" and "routinized" in a way that is expected by society.     I'm a ManiGen and I'm used to exhausting myself mentally before sleep lately but I definitely definitely sleep better when I've been physically active as well as mentally active.
    All left facing arrows except the top right. I definitely need routine and discipline & get very hungry I'm the morning lol.
    Undefined gate 5, definitely don't have a steady daily morning routine - my routine & discipline is done and planned the night before (even when I take a day off to be unstructured and free), I go by my menstrual cycle & intuition for what needs to be done the next day. I have a list of things I do daily (meditate, move, breathwork, no phone, oil pulling, breakfast, read) but the order depends on what my intuition (sacral) says yes to.
    This routine works for me. Every day is different, in a structured way.

    Hi. Interesting. My partner and I are Projectors me 61yr Emotional, she 73yr Mental.
    In Design we are the same, top arrow Left, bottom right.
    We wake at 9am to an alarm and then our routine is like clockwork even to the way we move around the bedroom to get ready. Dog walk, Full English (vegan) breakfast, listen to RUclips, talk, meditate. It’s amazing how it all works without much thought.
    No Gate 5 but I have a Personality 15. From time to time I feel frustrated by routine.
    We still sleep together after 28yrs. I understand why sleep apart and we could but we spent hours apart before bed, she goes by 9pm I go at 2am (Energy Projector). 🙏❤️

    5/1 Splenic Projector Quad right defined spleen and root. I am a night owl, I go to bed between 4-7am and get up between 12pm and 2:30pm. I hate set bedtime or wake time. I don't like or do well with any kind of routine. I sleep with my Pure Gen and either fall asleep before him or after him. Thankfully I am self employed so I set my own schedule and do my own thing.

    Quad right 4/6 splenic manifestor here. I have the design gate 5 with Saturn in the 5th line. The only morning routine I have is to prepare the coffee according to a very strict regimen. I work an evening shift job, so I can wake up without an alarm, whenever I please, but regardless, the coffee routine remains the same. Do not mess with me during that 30 min coffee routine. In fact, nothing can, everything is tuned out until that coffee is on the table.

    Phew! Relief! I have two right arrows with a defined Gate 5. I am an MG. I very worst thing for me in my working years was having to get up with an alarm, get organized, and go out the door. Since I’ve retired, I feel so blessed, but guilty. So this video has really helped. When I wake up, I do have a little routine: coffee in bed, reading the news on my iPad. Lockdown has re-enforced those behaviors. And, yes, no two days are the same.

    Mine is similar to yours, but my gate 5 is not defined. And I learned only recently that I abhor routine and feel imprisoned by it. I resist it all the time. It took me a long time to get to this realization. I feel much happier now. I stay in bed in the morning, sometimes on my phone scrolling. I check in with myself if I want breakfast or a coffee or nothing at all. If I had work or meetings, I find it easier to show up because I'm not stressed about my morning routine anymore. The same for my night routine. Always doing what feels right in the moment.

    All right arrows and undefined gate 5.. I truly don’t have any routine.. I tried to follow waking up at 5AM routine but it doesn’t last as long as course ends I am back to my own thing.. and I am thankful that I am able to live life by just being in the flow but sometimes I do feel judged by my mom when she sees me chilling and thinks that I have nothing to do while I am just doing things on my own timelines 😂 It’s important what you said about giving myself permission to enjoy the non routine life.. and not buy into what others say and teach us!

    Finally! Makes sense. Thank you for confirmation. I have bottom left arrow is right and i have gate 5. I ended up feeling good about planning but always make a final decision in the morning or even 2 hours before a scheduled event.

    This was so enlightening and validating. Both my left arrows face to the right with an undignified #5. For 7 years I’ve been going with the flow in my morning ms but I’ve been beating myself up the entire time for NOT having a “productive AM routine” This was very encouraging- thank you 🙏

    I am SO GLAD you mentioned gate 5 in this video. I have all 4 arrows pointing to the right and I have gate 5 defined like yours, both conscious and unconscious and I have recently just learned how important having rituals is for me. I have just begun creating things like this this year and it makes me feel so much better in my life in my day. This video was so informative thank you!

    Great video! I'm a generator and I feel like I'm not active enough lately. I also work from home. But you're morning routine explanations were spot on! Both my left arrows are pointing to the right and my gate 5 is undefined. I absolutely LOVE when I have the freedom to wake up and decide what I feel like doing at the moment rather than having a routine! I seek to have freedom in my day all the time!

    As a creative person hoping to start a business, the word consistency has started to really bother me. All of my arrows point to the right and I have an undefined gate 5! I want to be the person who wakes up at 5 and does my "morning pages" and yoga and tea because how romantic and ideal does that sound...

    I have the same set up as you with respect to the Left side arrows and the doubly activated Gate 5. When you were first going through the morning preferences based on the arrows, I was sitting here trying to understand how they would work together when they point the opposite directions.     thanks for the video! I am a 1/3 MG with a have a quad left- gate 5.3 conscious mars, i feel that ive always felt really uncomfortable when i dont have a routine either meditation or yoga or even a walk on the beach, i have to do something and i also stop putting alarm clock to wake up as i wake up with the sun naturally. Sleeping somewhere new is always unsettling for me, then i feel its hard to get my exercise routine and get bitter.
    long plane journey is my worse nightmare, feeling i cant move makes me feel really bad.
    i spend my holidays in yoga ashram with really strict routine and i couldn't spend better time than this on anything else lol

    This is true for me. I have two right-facing arrows and an undefined gate 5 and routine is not my friend. I don’t try to force it these days but I do love and crave routine sometimes and I do feel lost as a manifesting generator sometimes when I don’t “do something” and it can be comforting to just do things for the sake of the routine. I think I need to work on giving myself more options to respond to and maybe having a checklist of options of things that I’d LIKE to do for my morning routine.
    Also like you mentioned, it can be so good for MGs to use all our physical energy throughout the day but without ROUTINE its kind of hard to make sure you stay on top of certain things.

    My top left arrow faces right my bottom left arrow faces right. My gate 5 is open. I'm a 6/2 reflector. I guess flexibility. I do really enjoy lazy mornings however today hunger urges me to get up. I love the flexibility in my routines. Sometimes routine and flexibility are in conflict.

I have struggled with this for such a long time. Never been able to have a morning routine and I know I need to listen to my body. But to trust that, first of all, with two Personality left arrows (strategic mind) is one thing, and that without feeling guilty is another and felt impossible, but this message is SUCH A BLESSING and it resonates with my whole body because when I heard it I had this huge sigh of relief 😄 And while I'm writing this I feel tears welling up.     Yup. This is perfect for me. Both digestion and environment face right and Gate 5 is open. After years of 4:45 a.m. wake-ups to get to work I enjoy variable mornings now with different tasks and wake-up times and ample time to listen to my Divine nudges. Thank you for helping me to see that it's how I'm designed, not being wrong or lazy.

    My Design side is all left (the only right arrow variable I have is Perspective on the Personality side) and I have a defined gate 5... but I can't be too strategic and plan out an entire day in advance (as much as my strategic brain loooves filling out planners and plotting and scheming) because as an Emotional Generator my body will have different plans the next day. I also tend to set too many goals in general. So for me I have to have some expectations for a routine, like with what you said about having a list of things to say yes or no to. Having a set number of options at say, 7 AM (two to three options I can pick from / pick the order I do them in) while other options are off limits at that time of the day (for example, no reading emails first thing in the morning)... that seems to be what works for me at this point in my life.

    As a reflector with 4 right arrows and gate 5 undefined so my chart is probably as inconsistent as it can get 🤣 this explains so much! I love rituals but I'm very flexible on the timings and just let myself go with the flow if I find myself waking up at anywhere between 5am or 11am 😂💖

    I have both arrows to the right and nothing in gate 5 plus an undefined Sacral. Looks like my entire life of trying to force a routine and it not working time after time isn’t me not being disciplined enough. Lol I feel much better about myself now haha

    I have two left facing arrows and an undefined gate 5 - I experimented a lot during the years with morning routines and even getting up very early. I dropped the getting up early with the alarm clock though- I really hate that and just wake up naturally which really can vary. I thrived on doing yoga for an hour in the morning immediately after waking up but then I increased it to 1,5 hours and all of a sudden the routine became an obligation in my rigid mind and I noticed that that wasn’t ok. So now I still usually do yoga first thing in the morning but also sometimes want to go out and run or on slow mornings I allow myself to do the yoga part when I’m up for it so not immediately. I do see me struggle a bit with the judgement of my mind though like I HAVE to do it but also feel the need to flow with how I feel energetically. But if I just go with the flow of my energy the day seems to have not enough hours to get things done so I have to remind myself of real life hours and apply some time management here and there. But if I’m correct a DLL is best off with structure and routine. Interesting!

    Thank you for this ! I have the same arrows as you (upper pointing to the right, bottom one to the left) and I also have the whole channel 5-15 defined in my design (red) ! I am starting very slowly in the morning, really enjoy my freedom in this special moment of the day but that goes within an environment that is like a sweet bubble, something I know, inside which I can freely move my body and mind.
    With 3 arrows pointing to the right, my only arrow pointing to the left is the left bottom, that makes my environment quite decisive for my well beeing. Thanks again, I love your serie about variables!

    My two left arrows point to the right. I am never in the mood to eat first thing in the morning. I typically have my first “meal” at lunch time. I relish going into the next day without a “plan”. I like seeing how I feel and structuring my day around that. I do my best not to make appointments early am, but sometimes it is unavoidable. But if I wake up and “know” that I am not able to be present (mind/body) for the engagement I will cancel and reschedule. I also am in the process of creating engagements in my external life that are fluid. No ones life will depend on whether or not I am there.

    Wow, I want to say that this is the most accurate thing I’ve ever seen, I literally forgot to back an important document ones and it was all because I had to back my things in the morning, I also hate changing from purse to another, and if I have to I should have time to do or I will forget something 😅

But I’ve struggled with wanting a morning routine for decades, this was what I was looking when I found this video 😂 so grateful for learning this with you ❤

    Emo Projector here, with passive brain/digestion and passive environment, undefined gate 5. Definitely no routine whatsoever. Great having confirmed that and enjoying my freedom. Tho still sometimes thinking I should have a "better routine" and be in bed earlier and get up earlier, knowing that sleep is kinda important ;-) I guess I am enjoying winter's darkness right now...

Isn't it funny how, even as we gain this awareness, we still struggle to allow ourselves to really, truly, fully dive into who we naturally are? Sleep is definitely important - are there ways for you to indulge your need for rest that is more aligned to your natural energy than going to be earlier and waking up earlier? 💗

I do get my minimim 8hrs of sleep and I love waking up slowly and indulging generously in the sensations i bring into the day from my dreams... so the tiny bits of a guilty consciousness are gone since watching this video of yours 💞

    Wow, we have the same signs. the top left is right, the bottom left is left and I have both conscious and unconscious gate in 5. I like to set goals in my morning routine, which is kinda structured as eating breakfast, then reading a book (if there is not any obligation). But sometimes I don't like to follow this path, it can be anything at the moment that I enjoy the most. ( My arrows are 3R, 1L btw)

    I'm a generator and also have all arrows pointing to the right except the bottom left. Also, I'm a 1/3 profile. ^^
    Having a routine/structure plus the flexibility to do it another way if I feel like doing so is key for me.

    Great insight on the Left needing routine, but Right needing flexibility. I'm DLLPRR ManGen, and I definitely have a shape to my mornings. But as you said, I enjoy flexibility, not being tied to my mornings always being the same, even though I usually do a steadystate routine most mornings. What I found best for my energy, honestly, is during mowing seasons getting out to scythe for a few hours before sunrise. The rest of my day just FLOWS once I've started my energy engine!

    Thank you for video. I am only 6 months in experiment. But last 4 years I take the lot of time alone and feel better. I am Projector. Also variables are 4 left... So my friend before knowing of this 6 years ago told me that he plan seeing people in advance; or plann work in garden so he could use time efficiantly ... That was revealing for me. In my country people are mostly flegmatic and don t carry about free time... Now people respect my time...Everything make sense.When I wake up I am like a Gun...

    I have a top left arrow and bottom right arrow. Also all my other arrows are right facing. My gate 5 is undefined. I find it interesting bc I love having a morning routine and waking up early to get my day started. But sometimes I struggle with consistency in my routine.
    I'm also a projector. For example, today I felt so tired this morning and dismissed all of my alarms without getting up bc I was jus too tired. Considering i went to sleep extremely late. I find my mornings go better when I'm able to wake up early or ahead and do thing that fuel my energy

    My arrows match yours and my 5th gait is closed. I am an MG. I totally relate with having an hour to an hour an a half or check in before my day begins. I typically choose the same routine but I feel just as good giving myself permission to change my morning based on work or how I feel if my work schedule is flexible.

    I'm the same. Environment is my only left facing arrow and also have gate 5 on both decides. Find interesting that I thought I was pretty much spontaneous, don't like a trapped feeling into something. But still with that being said, I pack my lunch the day before, will have things needed for a class, travel, etc ready to go. Just because I may get sidetracked in the morning and just want to be prepared.

    I have Gate 5 Active on the Personality side,and the only Right arrow i have is the bottom right. So loving structure is something i have been in denial of. Am also a Manifesting Generator who is a Mountains person.I love the idea of living on top of something,i have energy to get going soon in the morning but i have always been nervous and get tired of making decisions.Loving the idea of an early morning too.

I have been super concerned with what that bottom right arrow means for me,having heard various interpretations.Often,what kept me from fully immersing myself into things i love was stress coming from sleep time or meal times and other such things.Or the unknown.

    😩😩😩 so my top left is point right and the rest are all pointing left. & I struggle with this heavy because I do have gate five unconsciously defined (Mercury). I know that having some sort of routine is good for me regardless of the time I wake up but I feel more called to be passive ( though I know it’s not working in my favor). I’m having a hard time getting around this or should I say, working through this. Because I can get. So fixated on the details that nothing gets done. Just trying to create a simple rising routine turns into a whole event if I let it. I like waking up an checking in but then most of my day goes by and nothing gets done. This gate five is tripping me up cause mercury is there so , is it that I find myself taking about routines and patterns, cause that is something I do but it doesn’t have to do with my day to day more so the patterns I notice within a behavior

    Having a lot of open centers is not the problem that causes others energies to mingle with the open centers. The prolem is from not being grounded in the body, being around too much electricity and having too much unresolved issues within yourself. Your pain attracts others pain 1st and its the reverse only when God wants you to feel anothers pain so you can know what it is about and understand how to help them because God will be sending them your way to tell them what God wants them to know. Or God just wants you to pray for them right then and there to help release their pain from themselves and when you do, your own energy field will be clear again. Dont forget that we all are created to help eachother and be aware of how God uses you to help your neighbors!

      When it comes to work, ideally, we all get to do what gives us energy and works with our natural energy rhythms. The reality is many of us aren't there - yet. I always look to what I can control. I'm in control of my non-work time so that can be flexible and go with the flow. If work requires an attention to process/details, what do you need so that you're able to focus on that piece?

    I went through your comments and I don't think anyone has asked this.... I am a 1/3 Emo projector and all my freaking arrows point to right. My gate five is half defined subconsciously so somehow I have a routine in my journaling and very specific things. I have been trying to get up very early in the morning before everyone because I like being alone in the morning, so like around 6 am. If I don't get up I struggle all day hearing everyone bustle and walk around and im stuck in my room. I want to be that morning waking but I like being up at 1am in the morning. Do you have any advice that I can try?

    I’m slightly confused as to how to create my morning. My top left arrow points left, my bottom left arrow points right, my gate 5 is a full black channel to 15 and defined sacral.

      In general, it sounds like you're mostly someone who prefers structure, rhythm, and routine in your life. What, exactly you put together and when it all takes place is up to you to play with and create 🌟
      Your energy is also such that you naturally lean towards waking up ready for the day - if that isn't the case, it could be due to saying "yes" to things that don't light up your sacral (feeling burned out).

    Still beginner with this. My top left arrow point to the right, and bottom left to the left. Both arrows on the right side point to the left. My gate 5 is undefined, I think. I'm a projector.
    I feel like routines are really tricky because I have a hard time with creating routines for myself but when I have them I feel good and get more stuff done. Confusing. If I would work or study from home I just can't be that disciplined. I don't get anything done. Could that also be because of a phase in life?

      As an Emotional Projector, I'd invite you to take a look at what it is you're doing/waking up for. Although you have a lot of consistency in your chart, as a Projector, you may be forcing an expected routine vs allowing your energy to focus on what it's excited about.

    I'm a manifestor PRL DRR with an undefined gate 5. setting meetings from a certain time in the day allows me the freedom to have mornings to myself. I also have unplanned weekends so that allows for spontaneity. Is there a video on diet or environment ?

    I an a quad right but I am a projector with a defined gate 5 - (both personality and design) in an undefined sacral. Everything else in my chart suggests timing or being in the moment
    I have gate 2 defined as my design sun
    I have the brainwave channel 20-57 - being in the now
    But then I have 16-48 the channel of repetition and talent
    I have the 13-33 looking at the past and collecting stories channel
    (Those are my only 3 channels)
    I have gate 7 projecting what is to come in the future and how to lead gate defined
    Then I have gates 12 and 21 and 51 defined and also gate 52 defined
    There is a lot of contradiction among all of these. It’s all about timing - stopping and going and waiting and striking and being still and being in flow.
    I guess the key for me being quad right and a largely undefined projector is to always just go with the flow?

      We are multi-dimensional beings and full of contradictions; however, my first thought is that it's about knowing the right timing. As a Projector, being in the moment and listening to your authority for when to say yes when you're invited in. Through being in the moment and going with the flow, you see the patterns and pick up the cues so you know when/where/with whom to share for the most impact. Trust yourself to speak your truth in the moment - you'll know you're on the right track with your energy when what you say is heard, lands, and has impact.
      And finally, TRUST yourself! You have beautiful energy and it's needed in its fullest expression - allow it to flow in its natural beauty 💗 Thank you for sharing 💗

      The arrows build on each other Top Left > Bottom Left > Bottom Right > Top Right. I have some more detailed variable and digestion videos (and environment is yet to come). My advise is to start working with your top left arrow and maybe layer in your bottom left to start. Definitely check out my variables videos though 🙂

      Your top left arrow, more specifically, addresses creating structure (being an active participant) when it comes to when you're ingesting. Since the rest of your variables are go with the flow, you may want to ensure you have meals (at least) planned and scheduled. It doesn't have to be drastic - also I now have videos on the different digestion types so those could also be helpful 💗

      Well at least that's productive! Having a defined Gate 5 can be that sense of rhythms and rituals for your self, and it can be the ability to sense and create these for others.

    I have all left except the top right. I have been living my life trying to just go with the flow.
    ...
    It has not gone well.
    (When I think about it, I would unconsciously do things like set my stuff I need for the next day the night before because I realized it helped me be less stressed.)
    Recently i started accepting that maybe I should start integrating more routine and planning in my days so I can have more structure... Then I find human design and find out what these arrows means. 😭
    My gate 5 is undefined so I guess it makes sense I still feel like I need to be a bit flexible and listen to how I feel? 🤔
    I've also technically spent the majority of my life fasting which apparently is not recommended for my energy. 🥲

      @@1dayfree -- For the four arrows in the HD chart, if the top left arrow is pointed right, then intermittent fasting could be ideal for your energy.
      Though in my experience as far as weight loss goes, cutting my calories TOO low was what was stunting my weight loss. [Because it can never be simple. 🥴] So that's something to consider.
