touch screen was irritating too at initial stage when chinese touch phones was a pain but nowadays touch is everywhere. bruh this is new technology it will take time to develop, I can bet that within coming 3-5 years this feature will work flawless.. maybe it will be helpful for those with no hands or to those peoples who are disable and cant move their hands..
You need to go to Setting > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and select Public Beta and give a refresh to the Update page and you will have option to Download iOS 18.
My eye balls hurt after using this and still needs a lot of improvement

Reset eye tracking
You can just toggle off Eye Tracking. And next time you will enable, it will again ask fro the calibration.
