    I am amazed at how people can have such a beautiful timber floors. They must have nothing to do all day but polish the floors.

    Man I wish you could post photos in these comments but that’s about the size of the wad of hair I pulled out of a customers shower drain the other day. Greetings from California

    a 2m long piece of barb wire would be a plumbers best friend for hair/wipes removal.

    Well done mate.
    Does relining fix these things? I've seen some dodgy reline jobs make things worse on DA's vids.
    Cheers

      I only recommend one company to reline. They were doing it in the very beginning. Over 10years ago only a few companies did it so they didn’t flood the market and you had to pay big dollars to have a license for an area. Now anyone can do a course and reline. I think that is why you get so many relines fail these days.
      But yes I would just reline that section and have it fixed if the problem keeps happening

    Would you recommend periodic maintenance for this type of issue?

    • @penetratorblockeddrains
      @penetratorblockeddrains  3 года назад +1

      I would try and find out when the repair was done. See how long it took to block up and crunch the numbers. This property has a few problems that will require drain clearing maintenance. But I would possibly just arrange that section to be relined if the work was done less than 4 years ago.

    Didn't look like a water saver toilet! 1.6 gallons/6 liters per flush. Think the low flow is about standard in the USA.

      You might be talking about the black rubber fitting?
      Usually used as an option to join pipes. There must of previously been a problem of some sort. Not sure what or why they cut in a vent but it seems the tree roots are now growing through the repaired section.

      It's all part of the drama and the money shot! 🤑
      Some addicts like to peruse the catch. I for one was waiting for it to come alive and start wriggling. 😀

      Hahaha correct @Craig Green that’s sometimes the best part. You need to make the most of those moments you only have one chance 😊
