Thanks for the rundown, Brian! I have the last reissue (and installed the MUSE for extra oomph), and will probably be buried with it. I think I can skip this new version, but I’m happy it’s available again because everyone should have a chance to have one. It’s truly an instrument you can bond with.
Thanks for watching, Robert. I agree everyone should have a Model D. Already having a Voyager and Moog One had me wondering, but I’m glad I went ahead and took the plunge. NOTHING cuts through a crowd like an authentic D!
this is a great video brother! Don't listen to the Behringer fan boys. It's impossible for them to say something nice about the minimoog without bringing up the price or how much "better" their poly d is.
For the cost, it’s disappointing the power supply is external, this is not reliable for professional use. It’s a step back in my opinion, it would’ve been nice if all the controls such as resonance would send CC information to.
Personally I’m all for simplicity in replacement and like external PSUs a lot better than having to open up the business end of the synth to swap it out. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
@@GetsemaniMusic I’m having my modified to have an internal power supply, I’m going to fit an ICC socket, it should also be noted. External power supplies have a habit of picking up interference which causes noise through the output stage.
@@GetsemaniMusic Added lfo, and how it sits in the mod matrix. The boog actually gives you two lfo shapes. Haha ~ just don't misconstrue what i am saying; i would, by far, prefer the Moog.
MiniMoog and Moog one are my dream. Thanks for sharing the information and sounds you made. 👍
You’re very welcome, Ken. 시청해 주셔서 감사합니다!
I got both! Keep the dream alive!

@@GetsemaniMusic Congrats to your fantastic Model D Getsemani (Your D looks & sounds amazing) and I agree with you 120% 👍
Outstanding Thank you
Thanks for watching, Joe.
Love this video..thanks for this simplistic gem of a video.
Thanks for watching and the positive feedback!

Thanks! Wait… Behringer has fan boys?? 🤣
That is what have been saying too. My Minimoog comes next week.
Thank you for demo!
You’re very welcome! Thanks for watching!
Hi. I’d like to have my model D on a second tier over my Moog one too. What stand are you using?
It’s an On-Stage KS7365-EJ Folding Heavy-Duty Dual-Tier Z Stand. I believe Musician’s Friend and Sweetwater both carry them.
Awesome handling
Gave mine away back in the day for £200 off a DX7! Ouch! ☹️
😳

Does you unit has an aftertouch issue?
Based on the S/N, yes. But I’ve been busy so it’s still on my to-do list to check out.
@@GetsemaniMusicDo you know what serial numbers are affected?
2022 Reissues with serial numbers below 1130 are affected and should be repaired. 1130 and above were good to go from the factory.
@GetsemaniMusic Thanks. Thinking about purchasing a demo unit.
So they copied the better featured Boog, and put a sticker on the back, to label the i/o?
Moog copied Behringer? Now THAT is funny!🤣
