Inflation is like a currency devaluation. Because what a certain amount of money can afford, with inflation that amount of money can no longer afford it. But inflation alone can't be reason. People are hopeless. They can't imagine a better shore, a better horizon anywhere than abroad. There can be some form of solutions which can make people feel they are not alone in front of these challenges. These people are as many energies that must be aroused. Do they have ideas that can be restructured, accompanied towards the creation of jobs through the company or can ideas be suggested to them since the idea is always a response to a request, to a need?
Cape -Verde government needs to invest in " cloud seeding " to get some rain. It will help all islands.
