A total disaster there and they charged you for the price of the promo items after giving you wrong items? Not the cashier's fault, though giving 8 of their crappy nuggets which are the worst in fast food is not a compensation for that. I'd just get a refund and not get it til they say their system is updated to put the orders through for these promos.
Yeah honestly it was a waste of $14 after tax. Oh well sometimes things don't go how you want em. I did go back today and the girl gave me any combo meal for free so that was nice and made up for it

You can do the survey on the back of the receipt to get the free Whopper and in the same time put in some good words for her in it if they have a name on the receipt of the cashier. Hopefully she gets promoted sometime for her efforts.
