    Very important. Check the sink rate in salt water. I checked mine in fresh water and tried them tonight in the bay and they floated. Epic fail.

    Firstly, thank you for a great series of RUclips videos.
    Very interesting, easy to listen to, informative and being from Boondall you cover so much of the areas I fish.
    In this video you refer to using rod binding solution to coat the squid jigs and you especially refer to using odourless brands.
    Is there one or more brands that you would recommend that are odourless?

      I purchased mine years ago. The brand has long since disappeared. So I can’t help with the name of mine. Suggest you visit the better tackle shops and make enquirers.

    What’s the product name you put on it to make protect the surface?

      it's a 2 part epoxy glue used on the fishing rod eye binding. Not sure of the brand, just make sure you get one that doesn't smell really strong.
