I'm not a medical professional, I simply fell in love with the idea of ASMR a few years ago which has grown over the years. I noticed how much it helped me when I worked as a flight attendant and struggled with jetlag and later on with anxiety. I hope that my videos can also help you in some way too.

Some first rate triggers here, particularly your soft-spoken with a bit of whisper, but also the brush, the foam, and the pencil writing. I even dug the autofocus occasionally blurring out-it had a dreamlike quality. Thank you, and glad you all survived the stormy weather there!
