My favourite Deep Purple album which l love even more than the classic" in Rock " . Great songs , brilliant guitar and organ solos and great vocals from Rod Evans later to join Captain Beyond . Bassist Nick Simper later joined Warhorse . Jon Lords orchestral arrangement on the track Winter was a foretaste of what the band would later perform live at the Royal Albert Hall with the London Philharmonic Orchestra another classic Purple album . The Bosch cover art was impressive too . An album l always go back to enjoy and a reminder of what great days the late 60's and early 70's were for Rock music .
