The South American A-Z series is actually somewhat unique and satisfying to watch to the other A-Z serieses here on RUclips, especially when someone really competent like Bittersteel is at the helm.
It's not a SA a2z, SA countries just come right after each other

A chilean madman got in the head of the government, he loved coastlines so he attacked every south and North American countries to get their coastline defeating them 1 by 1 😂😂
The "camels" in South America are Llamas, Alpacas, Guanacos, and Vicunas. Non of these are really strong enough to be used as calvary, nor to the best of my knopwlege were they ever utilizied in such a way. But it is an novel idea for an alt history game.

They are not suitable for cavalry, but they have been used as pack animals. And every Armed Forces in the world, especially in WW2, has used them.

Fascism in Hoi4 is just so good to conquer with. Almost every fascist tree I've played with so far is focused on conquering and I like conquering.
I hear communism is good in this game too but it will be a cold day in hell before I play as communist.

The camelids native to South America are not the same as the camels found in the Old World (the ones with the humps), but rather creatures like the llama and alpaca. However, Australia has quite a big population of feral camels.
But those camelids are too small and weak for cavalry, right? So a camel troop in Peru is still weird.

With respect, I wasn't trying to argue that they were. Unless the Peruvian military imported dromedary camels to use as cavalry for some reason, those divisions wouldn't make sense. So while I doubt Bitt3r deliberately intended to mislead his audience, saying "camels are native to Peru" is not entirely accurate.
