Honestly, it looks like you ate a full single serving of everything that you had. I think we have gotten so use to eating more than the serving suggestion (which is fine lol I can eat a "family size" side by myself lol) but when we see actual serving size it just seems too little for us. I eat the same but have much bigger serving of fruit and lots of veggies throughout the day because working out makes me ravenous 😂

Make iced coffee at home!!! I switched because it was getting ridiculous. I bought a coffee maker for $30 and use the Kicking Horse coffee. Let it cool, pour it in a jug and leave it in the fridge.

In our city, me and my friends prefer the local cafe/bakeshop than Starbucks. The price range is the same, but it’s tastier when you get it from the cafe. It’s called, “Soul Bake” and it’s our absolute go-to! Even the place is instagrammable! It’s very minimal in aesthetic, perfect for pinterest!
This compared to other days you’ve posted it was a lot more food and you ate when you were hungry instead of skipping breakfast and having barely anything for lunch continue eating like this and your appetite will grow, and I was personally a similar weight and body type to you and once I gained a little weight, I felt a lot healthier less tired. I lost my anemia and I know it’s not the exact same situation but just good job on today:))
