1st recipe:- Normal bhel
Take puffed rice
Take some veggies (tomato,onion, cucumber, capsicum)
Mix them
Add lemon juice
And enjoy.
2nd recipe:- roasted peanuts, chickpeas
3rd recipe:-banana peanut butter with roti or multigrain bread
4th recipe:-badam powder milk( don't buy badam powder from market sometimes it contains high sugar)
Take some almonds and grind them in fine powder
Add powder in milk
Add mishri in milk for sweetness.

Every time you make soup just add a teaspoon full of cornstarch, it will give shine to soup and also make it thick🙂

I tried your momos recipe !!
Momos : was ok but don't add more cabbage in it because it smell! One more thing is that chop onion separately and fry it in pan first it too smell in all momos !
Sauce (chutney) : it was good only ! But cook it well!
Soup : it was not good I think it need more masala's (spices)
I will like to give it 3 ⭐⭐⭐ stars out of 5 !
Because it took almost 2 hours to be done !

In my home when we make momos we atleast make 100 momos 😂😂 we are family of 4 and also in Nepal we have different kinds of chutney which can be mild or super spicy depending-on culture. We being from newari community we love mild but spicy sesame and peanuty chutney with sweet and sour hog plum but mostly for ease we make normal tomato chutney and chili oil is a must when we eat momos. It was so great to see you make the momos and waiting for more videos.
