- Round 1 of the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship kicked off in Galway. As always Galway produced the action and drama over the two tricky days. Wet slippery and muddy tarmac was a challenge and our cameras were on hand to capture it. Don't forget to subscribe and like the video.

Got to be one of the best rally action in many years , what a challenging event that was, film work of the highest order Eamonn and team, class.

Cracking video of the weekend’s unpredictable racing….. 😬😬😬 seems like the Twin cam AND a Mark2 wanted to go up the same driveway for ☕️ 🫖 😂😂 why were some of the top cars not registered in northern or Southern Ireland 🤔 rentals are they 🤣
The cars don’t have to be registered in the north or south. For stage rally it wouldn’t matter.
Interesting to see the two guys giving it the berries towards, what looked on the video, an obvious T right and braking at or after the yellow arrow 😂! Even if the co driver isn't already screaming at the driver 🤔
That spot was very fast on approach to the junction, plus it has a few bumps on the breaking zone that unsettled the car on breaking. Plus it was just slippery. Sure thats rallying

Took a spin down from meath on the Friday and took in a stage and service on Saturday….great entertainment as ever….still a pity to see people not knowing where to stand safely near beginning of the video

Pity…not one shot of the R4 class winner…surely a first rally in a new class in a new car and a win, would have been nice to see.
We don’t produce these type of highlights video to show any particular class winner, it’s general action from the event. If it was a show with report we show all class winners and general story of the event.

U try drive a rally car so in wet conditions see how you get on, first bale you come across all you’ll see is straw flying out of it from u going headfirst

If a vehicle damages someone's property who pays for that.... the car ow er or event organisers ??
The event organisers cover the costs.
Why do cars which cause property damage, such as to a wall, not need to stop and tell the owner who caused the damage?
Because it’s a timed motorsport event. Each car is timed from point A to Point B. So no time to exchange details. It’s the Motorclub that would cover the damage costs and not an individual driver anyway.
