    Well put, makes lots of sense. When I last worked in a full time job I could take breaks when I needed and my productivity went up. For us its not so much the time we spend doing things but the quality of that time makes a lot of differnce.

    Flexible start and finish times would help. My concern about taking lots of breaks (additional to what is standard) is how to correctly calculate time worked.
