The water outside the balcony is not heated, so it is cold. It’s more for decoration😅

Thanks for watching😊 I might have misspoke in the video, we got access to Retreat Lagoon. It’s not the same as the public lagoon, it’s less crowded😊 sorry for the confusion😇

Great video! I stayed at The Retreat in 2020. Easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. We are going again in a few weeks! Do you know if there is a bar in the hotel now? I heard they were planning one.

The only bar we saw was at the Lava Restaurant, not sure about the Moss Restaurant, it was closed when we were there. Happy trip to Iceland and The Retreat Hotel🇮🇸❤️
