    The video title definitely led me to expect a video I'd not understand a single word of, which turned out to be false. Hm.

      it do be like that, i wonder whats more spoken in wales now or if welsh i slowly becoming a thing of the past

      It annoys me when videos are in one language even though they have a title in another. The most common case is Hindi factual videos having English titles.

      ​@@ccityplanner1217You know, I kind of understand that one, at least to a small degree, as English is a very commonly spoken language in India. Now I do think if a video is narrated entirely in Hindi, then yes, an English title is misleading. I do believe though that at least some of the people making these videos don't choose those English titles in bad faith (i.e. in order to drive views to their videos) and that it is instead a matter of them speaking Hindi in everyday life but using English in more formal settings, so switching to English for the title just felt natural to them and wasn't done deliberately, or at least not to mislead people.
      However, there are many videos which I believe are from Vietnam and which also have English titles but then contain only Vietnamese narration. Correct me if I'm wrong, but AFAIK English is not an official language in Vietnam, nor is it commonly spoken among locals, so I believe those titles to be nothing else but clickbait.
