You saved my life and my GPA, thank you very much for your excellent tutorial!
Glad they helped, and good luck with your study.
Thank you very very much. You saved me.
Thank you.
thank you very much
Gosh I was hella confused but thanks it was mostly helpful ...U nice keep going ✌️✌️✌️
glad it helped. Hopefully it wasn't my video that made you confused.
Very helpful. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks a lot brother.
Thanks, glad it helped.
On a side note, RUclips has cancelled my partner program since I don't have enough subscribers (currently around 630, should be 1000 😞), so it would really help if you subscribe (and all your friends) 😉
This tutorial helps me a lot. I really appreciate, thank you very much

thank you
Thank you
If you don,t mind
How can i analyse the frequency of a particular variable just for male. Or just for female? Thanks
You can use the Select cases option (I think it's under the data menu option, near the bottom). Then go for the 'if' option and then use something like gender=1 (if gender was the name of the variable, and 1 the value for male), it will then only select the males. In your Data View you should see a line crossing out the row number of those being female. It indicates that those will be ignored in any analysis. Big warning though: don't forget to go back and choose the select all cases once you are done.
hi. if i could kiss u i would. u legit just saved my life. thank u kind stranger.

can you please guide me when we have already data in grouped form then how we enter data according their freequency
Not sure what you need exactly, and working with already grouped data is a bit limited. What you perhaps are looking for is to 'weight cases' by your frequency variable. One video on this (not mine) is at ruclips.net/video/xXfb16znGdA/видео.html
Hope this helps.
I have a question, I have different age range groups of 18-21, 22-25, 26-29 and 30+. How do I find the mean age and the SD since the data collected isn't specific ages but age ranges?
Since your data is in categories, you won't be able to determine the exact average (mean) age. The best estimate is then often to use the midpoints of the categories. To my knowledge this is not easily done with SPSS, but the calculation is fairly straight forward. I would simply create a frequency table with SPSS, and then use the instructions shown here at www.ck12.org/statistics/grouped-data-to-find-the-mean/lesson/Grouped-Data-to-Find-the-Mean-BSC-PST/
Hope this helps.
@@stikpet This did help thanks!
Hi bro... How to calculate mean for continuous series using this software?
Not sure, if I understand your question fully, but there are a few different ways to calculate the mean with SPSS. On my site I have links to four different methods. peterstatistics.com/CrashCourse/2-SingleVar/Scale/SingleScale1.html
How would you make this into a histogram without the axis showing values 1,2,3,4 ? :) )
thanks as well of course :)
Not really sure what you want. You can create a Histogram of the original scale variable as shown in ruclips.net/video/zoB0w2VrKFY/видео.html You can adjust the bins there as well. The new ordinal variable would probably be considered discrete, so for that a bar-chart might be better as shown ruclips.net/video/9qufGrbxI7M/видео.html or perhaps a stacked bar chart as shown in ruclips.net/video/dsieZMeq8XI/видео.html
Hope one of these include what you are looking for :D
As I'm a beginner, I felt that It was difficult
sorry to read it was difficult. The videos are intended to quickly show how to do something with SPSS, and not so much explain what and how. I try to explain that more on my website, for this peterstatistics.com/CrashCourse/2-SingleVar/Scale/Scale-1a-Frequency-Table.html might help.
I do also know it might go sometimes a bit fast, but that is the advantage of online videos, you can pause, speed up, slow down etc.
If it was something else you find difficult, don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks for the feedback and happy new year.
@@stikpet sure!!! I will go through the websites and if further doubts arises I will let you know :)
