I just downloaded live and redeemed all my code cards back from the bw era. It took a while to learn how to play, but I do dislike how long the matches can be. I'm glad this is a quicker match.
Oh yeah, I recently found a bunch of my old code cards and redeemed them in Live. That was a fun afternoon 😅 Definitely do think there’s room for both Pocket and Live with their differences.
Its kinda interesting to me. In tcg ill often go down to 10 or so cards in deck, with only 20 this time around deckout could be really quick. It looks like both the energy zone and lack of prizes are ways to counter bad deckbuilding practices. Most games where you brick involved you drawing too many energies or prizing your playmakers, so theyre trying to make it impossible to be in that situation. To be completely honest, I wouldnt mind if prize cards were removed from the main tcg too, it feels like such an annoying mechanic.
It literally the best thing for highschoolers and middle schoolers, with the trading, collection aspect and simple and quick battles. Yet I am on my last year of highschool 😭
Finally, I don’t have to worry about prizing my important stuff.
Bless 🙏
I think we'll get to draw a card when we lose a pokemon
i just want to know when fire became weak to grass
there’s a cool still in the trailer that shows a card in a display case pretty sweet
Yeah, even if digitally, I like that there are some options to customize how you maintain your colelction!
