@@theghostoftheuchiha1430 mostly true, but if that Qiyana catches Rengar outside of bush, he most probably dies, or at least Qiyana gets away. He managed to kill Qiyana only because he had full stacks, used 2 W to heal back to full, then because of being in the bush, managed to get a second empowered ability, finishing Qiyana at the end with emp. Q. Without the bush, Qiyana escapes, and without the full stack start, Rengar surely dies.

11:47 Well, as a Rengar player, not saying this is absolutely balanced, but the Qiyana ults the Rengar when he has his cleanse up (empowered W), then he uses his regular W so he basically gets full hp. She actually played it very badly, considering that Rengar is a good counter to Qiyana. There was an outplay opportunity, and she didn’t pay attention.
Remember that Rengar’s W serves to counter burst damage, so you don’t want to fully combo him especially if you don’t have anti heal. If it was , instead of Qiyana, a high dps based champion or a bruiser, Rengar wouldn’t have been able to do that.
