      @@Minimodernz I am great! Hope you are as well. Am starting a 1:24 scale of my 8x16 tiny house! Once the shell is made I will be using my prompt book for inspiration . Take care💕

      Ooh that sounds fun, I've not tried 1.24 scale yet, I know it's a prompt so when I get there I will try it. It seems so small. Good luck with your project. I hope you do get inspiration from your book. ❤

    Just beginning, just watching for now. Just need to know what supplies I might need as a beginner.

    • @Minimodernz
      @Minimodernz  9 месяцев назад

      Hi, my lovely welcome to the miniature community. Some general supplies will be your basic tools, like metal rulers, glues, pens/pencils and material cutters. Foamboard, grey craft board, cardboard and balsa wood are good base materials to start with, for roombox's and furniture, they are easier to cut through and not too expensive. If there is anything else I can help you with, let me know. I have a few links in my description of some of the common things I use as a beginner ❤️

    What is the thickness of the foam board you are using for the walls and floor of the dollhouse? The magnets are a genius idea 💜

    • @Minimodernz
      @Minimodernz  9 месяцев назад

      I use 5mm thick foamboard. There is a link in the description of the foamboard I use. I'm so happy you like the magnet idea, thank you for commenting ❤️ 💖

    What did you use to seal your balsa wood please? Thank you.

      @Minimodernz  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hi I used a pva and water mix. I sealed one side let it dry then sealed the other side, I advise sealing before you use. You can also place some books on it after it's dried just to make sure it stays flat. 😉
