That would be the day Mike... I did look into ways of actually getting your bike over there and it's not easy or cheap unfortunately... Maybe one day I'll pop over and hire something 🤔😉 Thanks for watching and tune in again soon!
Watched that episode whilst having me breakfast Some great roads and views again, dead jealous about weather, sat here looking out the window at 4 deg and early morning frost 🥶
It's bloody freezing here this week, in the minuses currently... Looking forward to soaking up the sun over there again next year too, plans are a foot! The roads are just incredible, later on in the trip I have more of a play with seeing what the Deauville's capable of since the roads were so forgiving and predictable. No pot holes anywhere! 🤣 Thanks for watching as always and glad you enjoyed, sorry about the delay in replying to you too ✌️
Another great episode. Hands up for me this is the best tour series of the year bar far. I like that you are not connected to the others as you are talking to me the viewer on the tour which is not the norm, our vids are normally listening to the group conversation which to us make sense but to the viewer might get lost. Love it mate. You’ve deffo pointed out some roads I want to do 🙌🏻👍🏻
Thanks so much for the comment! Been ages since I had recorded anything on my own as I usually do dual vlogs but it was nice to just plod around and talk about what I could see and what was on my mind. The commentary gets better and better throughout the series as I was really quite poorly on these first lot of videos, so stay tuned! 😁
The contrast between Summer and winter in the Haute Savoie region is like visiting two different countries the change was remarkable and even in full winter the French keep roads open unlike UK when 5mm of snow brings Turdbinnia to a hault! I always feel safer riding in France than I do at home and car drivers always know by their mirrors when you are behind, Can't wait for 2023.
It definitely feels like a safer place to ride, couldn't imagine visiting the alps during winter though, must be loads of snow! Fingers crossed 2023 will give me the opportunity to do something like this again an all, maybe change the countries up a bit as well🤞 Thanks for watching John and leaving the nice comment, I'll keep a eye out for any frost or snow in Turdbinnia next time I'm passing through 🤣
Yet another fun ride with 'flippin eck' views. Next time you visit Scotland, head for the Cairngorms and the snow roads (snow optional). There are some proper mountains at least by UK standards, with proper views to go with them, and some of the roads are as good as France.
Proper mountains and proper views, definitely adding this to the tour list then! 📃✅ I still need to get back up Scotland and make up for the last trip up there, hopefully when it does happen the weather is a bit more forgiving, ay... Thanks for watching Neil as always 👍
My French sounds like what someone from Derbyshire thinks French people sound like, I don't think they would agree 😆 I have some cracking stories of the misunderstandings I had over there while trying to say basic stuff, but I'll save them for a video at some point 😉 Thbaks for watching more of the series of me coughing and going ooo la la across the incredible French alps, there's plenty more of that coming up soon 👍
You got a bloody good point there 🐸 Unfortunately the frog wouldn't leave during the course of the trip and excersised his right to a 2 week eviction notice 🤣🤣 Cheers for watching Bilious, now get yours edited! 👍
Man and Deauville in perfect harmony.......can't wait to see Pooley in Japan on the old Deauville.

Lovely little meandering route. The Deauville is smashing it.
The Deauville gets a right good thrashing throughout the tour, only way to keep up with the big Beemers 😉

I'm just wondering if the tickly cough is just a "frog" in the throat.
