I'm not sure exactly what part of the video you're referring to but it could be premonition of solace, it gives some crazy huge shield that can stack with PW shield
Oracle disc priest has premonition of solace... when stacked with rapture/weal and woe/4 set gives literally huge shields. As a disc priest main for several years now... this is awesome.
Capping MMR is the biggest pile of bullshit I swear, how is it that people who are 2K rating las season are struggling to get there for the next expansion. it makes the game feel like shit, it would be like buying a new model car and it's a massive downgrade from your old one.
every season is like this at the start. Usually it has less to do with capping MMR and more to do with 1. the ladder needing time to spread out, 2. high mmr's to be established, and 3. inflation to set in. It's pretty normal to plateau in the first two weeks of the season around 500 mmr lower than your previous season peak.

I assume you're talking about yourself and its because good players are lower rated atm. So get good quit losing
