Great demonstration! It's one of those gadgets which I would probably never really use if I actually bought it, but it's good to know it's there if I ever need it for something. It's too bad fabric/sewing machine stores don't rent out stuff like that...it would be really neat to be able to use it for a project without having to buy it...so much stuff justs ends up collecting dust on shelves because you buy it on a whim and then never get around to actually doing that project.

have a brother machine and bought the babylock attachment. only used it for one large circle in circle designs. thanks for the other ideas, especially circle within a circle. My next table runner. Great ideas

Hi! I'm not entirely sure if they will work on the older models. Your machine needle plate would have to have an area for the screw to attach.

Your machine's needle plate appears to have a hole where the attachment can snap into place. However, I cannot guarantee it will fit.

It *should* work for your machine, but I can't guarantee it. However, you can always send it back for a refund if it doesn't fit. Unfortunately, these types of Circular Sewing Attachments will not work well with your machine. However, there are some tutorials online showing how to use a thumbtack and an old phone book to create a homemade circular sewing attachment. It takes a little tinkering, but I've heard they do work.
Will Babylock work on Brother sewing machines? How much does it cost. I really like it.
Many times Babylock parts work on Brother machines, it just depends on which type of needle plate you have
My Brother Innovis 5000 actually came with the Baby Lock circular attachment. Most Brother and Baby Lock accessories are interchangeable. :-)

The little center attaching pin broke right away on my new Brother circular attachment. So the whole attachment is useless. Waste of $75.
