Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse." I fucking _love_ the way 2099 moves, it's like he's literally clawing his way through the air. He seems far more bestial, something I'd chalk up to him having more physical mutations than the others. The mass pointing joke was also hilarious.
And the way Issac plays him is so raw and cold with that slight undertone of rage really shows how Miguel is going to be at a breaking point as the movie goes on

I think spider-man 2099 is villains because he the one strict person follow a rule nature life/death is just like cursed spider man every spiderman is always loss someone he care that why he accepted and not helping any changes
@@viriyananda I feel like he will be like that for the first half of the movie, then Miles will show him that you can enjoy being Spider-Man AND have a good life which will make 2099 change for the better. I think.

I love the idea of miles just plowing through hoards of other spider-people, and it's so interesting to see him and them being morally opposed, when the first movie was all about being accepted by the others and accepting himself as spiderman. Spiderman being the enemy in a Spiderman movie is CRAZY

I love that this movie is challenging what he learned in the first film and pushing Miles further. I have a feeling we will understand Miguel and Miles’ side to this conflict. I look forward to seeing how this will play out. Glad they’re doing something new :)

This looks beautiful....I like how miles doesn't accept letting that "one person die" and is willing to fight every other spider....he feels like his own man with his own morals that he'll stick by regardless of how much it might hurt him and his relationship with the girl he likes and his mentor/brother (very much like what spiderman should be)....I just wanna ask...what happened to PART1 in the title?

I love the way how spot seems to be portrayed. He's a complete klutz with absolute little control over his powers wanting to be taken seriously. Almost like Miles in the first film. I can definitely see Miles have an odd personal connection with him. also seems like spot will slowly grow more and more dangerous and stronger as he learns to control his power, once again paralleling miles.
It's interesting to see the whole "letting one person die for the greater good" angle taken in a whole new light by Miles. I really like the idea that the answer to that question isn't as simple as sucking it up and saving the most people.
To be fair the original Spiderman movie with Tobey already did that when Green Goblin faced Peter with the cable car in one hand, and Mary Jane in the other.
That being said, I do agree that the trolley problem is a very interesting tool to tell stories because it's never about making the choice, it's about trying to find a way to beat the problem by thinking outside of the box. If Across the Spiderverse can deliver on this, it's gonna be one incredible movie.

On Twitter everybody was going crazy over Spectacular Spider-Man being in the front of the poster, but a lot of people were also saying he’d only be a cameo and not a forefront Spider person in the movie
I’m still holding out hope, as he is a popular fan favorite, but not seeing him even once throughout this whole trailer makes me think they’re right

This looks absolutely fantastic! The animations even better, the story’s more intense and emotional and they’ve even thrown in some meta comedy with the Spider-Man pointing at each other and the therapist. Can’t wait for it to come out!

Great to see Mayday and Ben (complete with his iconic hoodie). Those two were my favorites in the comics for a long time.
I actually like that Miguel and the others aren't villains who just want to destroy the world but wants to protect the multiverse and sees Miles as a danger for trying to save 1+ person AND the multiverse at once.
This Miguel also reminds me of how Spiderman 2099 acted at first in the Spiderman Edge Of Time game.

Oscar Isaac as 2099 is going to be fan-f***ing-tastic! And I freaked out when little Mayday Parker swung through. I loved her story as Spider-Girl when I was little, so seeing her and her daddy was AWESOME!
