A driver's greatest asset is the strength of their neuropathways. Anything we spend hours a day doing, we get better at it and that includes negative thinking. Perhaps the hardest thing a racer will ever train is their own emotions. Many might be surprised that their ideology is cost them in lap times, hopefully they listen to you. Great content!
Excellent video as usual Enzo. I start everyday in prayer meditation with a list of the things I'm grateful for, regardless of what's going on elsewhere in my life. Feeding my morning thoughts with gratitude is, for me, key to starting every day on the right footing.
Great advice as always Enzo. Have been working on mindset all year and I believe it will give you the biggest gains in whatever you do. Good to hear you put it in the context of racing.
Have you done, or can you do, a video about how to make the most out of your time on the track? As someone who is underfunded and has less time to race because I pay for racing myself, I find myself at a disadvantage immediately. That's not even counting the years of experience they have over me too, but I still surpass them. Many of my competitors waste their time on practice days having fun or just logging laps while I try to make the most out of it. I am testing a new change or trying to learn something before I hit the track. I'm sure I can still improve upon getting the most out of each session, but I figured it could be a good video since I see so much time being spent inefficiently with my competitors and with the kids and adults I coach as a side gig to help pay for my karting. As always, I love the videos!!! I hope your season is going well and can't wait for the next video!
@@EnzoMucci Awesome! So many people go to the track and turn laps expecting themselves to get faster despite not trying something new or figure something out. Thank you!

Well said Miss Maserati. Thank you

I totally agree. The secret really is to create the correct perspective of things as often as possible. Great to hear Marcus

Thanks Andy. Yes it is a lifelong pursuit for us all.

Hi Jacob. Yes I can do a video on that. I’ll do it soon and call it something like “Stop wasting time on track”
