  • I've shared one bad neighbor experience with you all before, but this is by far the most extreme! The neighbors that moved next to my childhood home could barely pass for human. I'm quite sure they were giant sentient lizards dressed as people. There's so much that happened, but I summarize it the best I can in this video! What's YOUR worst experience with strange neighbors?

I used to have a neighbor that would sneak into my garden and steal my gnomes. Not my exotic plants in the greenhouse, not the expensive garden lights, the gnomes. She would just keep horde them in a box in her garage. About once a week me and my cop buddy would have to convince Old Mrs. Gnomenapper to release her tiny, pointy-hatted hostages.

I'm glad I move from my mom's house because her neighbors thought it's a perfect idea for a family of 8 to move in to a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home and I remember one day the mom bought all her kids a hamster and left the cages outside and this being florida many died so I stole the ones that were still alive

***** should have called animal services on them since it's considered abandonment also causing harm to the environment since cats are one of the causes for small animal extinction, the neighbor in front of my mom just tossed out their Chihuahua because they wanted a cute poodle puppy so my mom whose addicted to having a clean house just left a box out and some food for the poor Chihuahua till I could come pick it up

At night, I hear weird cat noises and every time I'm in my room, I just start hallucinating for an odd reason, and then I hear whispering and very tall slender shadows and they creep and sometimes they are around in my bed.........I don't tell my parents or family because they might think I'm going crazy. My room is Fucking haunted....

I'd kill someone if they hurt any of my cats. When I was in 7th grade, one of my mom's cats suddenly died (from presumably old age) but when I was older, we were talking and my parents admitted to me that they thought our cat had actually be poisoned.

I remember when I was really young I also had a neighbor that hated cats because they would dig in his yard, or something. I remember I had a really young black cat that went missing up there too, so I suspect he killed him, or he was killed by a wild animal, the poor guy.

Where do I begin? I relocated to the south and...
    1. the neighbor that continuously would come and go at all hours with music blaring from their car at a really loud volume at all hours.
    2. they had the same type of guests that would come and go at different times - with music blaring from their cars too.
    3. they fired off their gun and we all ducked for cover.
    4. they beat their dog with a metal rod, they have kept the dog tethered in the backyard and allowed him to bark at all hours of the day and night.
    5. they lied to animal control about even owning the dog until animal control showed them photos that they'd taken of the dog tethered in their backyard. then they lied about taking the dog in every night.
    6. they allow crazy adult behavior to go on in front of young children. they're such wonderful people.

Alrighty, so this is about my current neighbors, which by far are the worst neighbors I've had. So, my family has about six-seven dogs (I know it's a lot) and this household also has a dog. Every single day, this dog barks nonstop at my dogs and only sometimes do my dogs bark back. But apparently this lady thought that it was my dogs who did this. So she tells my parents that she's going to call the police on us since 'our dogs bark nonstop,' when my parents tell her that it isn't our dogs, she yells at them 'that she knows it's us.' So one day my mom and I are hanging around our backyard until we heard her screech "Bad dogs!!" We then look at each other and run to the fence, and the one time my dogs are barking, this lady catches them. This lady decided what better way to shut a dog up by spraying them with water. My mom screamed at her to stop and this lady backed off. Also, my cousin works at a restaurant that this woman regularly goes to. And when she goes to this restaurant, she tells all her friends at the table her plans to poison our dogs. Every. Single. Time. It has gotten to the point were my dad set up cameras. She's stopped for now, but she regularly calls the police to check up on us, causing my parents stress and havoc.

The worst neighbor I've had weren't even that bad. Sure, they were a little irritating at times but nothing too serious. I used to live on the first floor of an apartment meaning I could hear (some of) what happened on the second floor. For some odd reason, I could hear something that sounded like someone picking up and dropping weights repeatedly. And it would always happen in the middle of the night and ONLY at night. Sometimes I would hear 1 or 2 people running around above me and the footsteps were heavy but quick. Other times I would hear something like someone throwing a kickball back and forth or someone repeatedly dropping a marble. I would also hear something like furniture being moved around (that would happen a lot.) My thought was either someone really likes to exercise (especially at night when they should be sleeping) or there are really rowdy kids living above me. The funny thing is, this didn't happen when I moved there or when I was getting ready to move out. It happened somewhere in the middle and came to an abrupt stop at some point. I'm SO glad I moved out.

    oh god
I have a connected neighbour /aka my house is attached to theirs/ and a none attached /we share a drive way though/ and the detached used to have a mother and her son (both elderly) living there and I was always over her house she was the sweetest old lady ever like holy fucking shit, she essentially was a second grandma. she loved my dogs too! she actually ordered her son to take down the tiny fence separating our gardens and let us use it! we had swings and everything in their and she was just the sweetest. and on the other side were a family of four when the fences got replaced for rotting away my mum had to pay for them, the old woman gave us her share but this fucking family didn't, by the time they moved away they owed us eight grand (we used to watch their house sometimes and somehow her jerk of a kid stole the code for our catalogue for his mum)
anyway she died five years ago and her son moved away and this family of five moved in a disabled dad, a mom and two daughters and a son. the dad died (something to do with the stairs), the son moved away and since then I've caught the daughters filming me in the back garden, doing house chores and they're the biggest bitches in the fucking universe they keep their dogs locked outside and their rabbits. sometimes they bring their horses to the house and for a month their was a large pile of horse shit in the drive way. we don't have cars but it was really close to the gate and blamed us we haven't had a horse since before we moved here 15 years ago. (and he died fourteen years ago because of an asshole vet) eventually we got them to fucking shift it. we have an old basket hoop attached to our house and the kids constantly used to invite people over to use it (*cough, cough* it stopped after I sprayed them with the fucking hose! on jet!) oh and one of the things they laughed at me for was cleaning up the leaves in the driveway and my front garden /their mum actually instructed me to just dump em in their front garden so she can burn them later since it's from their tree which they haven't fucking got the council to cut down /its destroying my house, I'm not joking I have so many cracks in my room because of the roots going under/
and the other side, a teen daughter a son and a tot girl. they used to bang on the walls when ever they heard me screaming for them to call the police (short story is my sister was very, very abusive) and try to constantly get us kicked out so the wife's sister could move INTO OUR HOUSE. They blamed me for their kids learning to swear when it was the dad and a brat their kid used to hang out with. his children still call me a Nazi whore after seven fucking years /defended a half German student./ and their kids are now starting to become noisey little assholes. OH AND THEY ONCE SPRAY PAINTED SATAN HEATHENS ON OUR FENCE.

I lived in a bad neighborhood in general for several years (still do but moved a few blocks away from the original spot)
I guess one time there was really annoying Hispanics who left their 19 year old home alone a lot (which isn't bad, it's just young adults that age are reckless)
He got drunk a lot and since we were apartment neighbors was always outside really close to our windows being a drunkard and yelling a lot at night. I was always really scared when I was home alone and always had the shades/blinds down.

Oh god i'm glad i'm not the only one with neighbors that are absolutely bonkers. Ours called the police on us because our dogs barked a little, when we left them alone after they THREATENED TO SHOOT MY MOM AND HER DOG a few years prior. They also went after me when i was home alone(i was fifteen), and started screaming at me that my parents were horrible and that we were mistreating our dogs by leaving them outside(where they prefer to be) most of the day. Keep in mind they had roofs over their heads, plenty of water and space to move around, shade and multiple spots to sleep. I was trying so hard not to cry while the lady stood there telling me about how terrible we were to disturb the peace, that our dogs were terrible- when literally everyone in the entire neighborhood has dogs that bark, and every single one of them can attest that they don't hear ours bark. And she accused me of glaring at her and being rude to ME, because i tried so hard not to cry. Easy to say dad came home from work that day to me crying on the floor, clutching my dog's fur while she sat there and kinda just, confusedly licked my hair. He didn't take too kindly too that to say the least.

The oddest neighbors we had were probably the ones we lived next to in our first house. The wife for some reason thought my mom, sister and i were actively trying to steal her husband away from her and was constantly trying to give us items she has been keeping for who knows how long. Then there was her husband......who actively stalked us (or it seemed like it anyway.) He always knew exactly what we all were doing and when we were out doing specific things. (i have no idea how he knew....but he really was someone who scared me o~o;;; ). I think I realized this when he actually started passing by the second house we lived in and talked to us about what we were doing when he passed by the house and looked into the window. (this usually occurred when i was taking my two dogs on a walk with my mom..we were always really freaked out after he told us specific details. Like this one time he apparently saw us decorating the Christmas tree late at night)
    Yeah.....i am really glad those two don't know where we currently live. It was a pretty unsettling time back then ;~;

I have three neighbors that are bad... (one moving away so stuck with two of them...)
    Story time!
My neighbors from behind and next to us caused drama... but not that bad. The one's behind us hates animals in general so my dog sensed this (I guess) and peed on her leg while she was talking to my mom and the neighbor goes, "Oh, good thing it wasn't my husband or else he'd shoot your dog right away in front of you." Our dog was a puppy at that time so he didn't know better and this upset my mom. The husband was also shooting bow and arrows in his back yard, trying to kill rabbits from eating his garden so when one of them got into our yard, he aimed it towards us a little bit and my sister and I were like, what 9 and 10? We ran like hell with our dog. Then our neighbor beside us planted trees on our property and claiming it as theirs then when the parents are away their son would have a hot tub party with his friends and cause my dogs to go ballistic. Their son also went into my car and stole ALL of the money in their. I also had neighbors that were kitty corner from us who had a lot of kids that were home schooled, older ones were great but younger ones were terrible. The little kids left a bible in front of their elderly neighbors door with a note saying, "You're going to need this so that you don't go to hell." Those kids also go into her back yard, even though their not supposed too. They also went into my back yard and my mom almost let the dogs out so she told them to go home and they called her a bitch. She then told the mother what happened and she didn't care. The kids then proceeded to throw rocks at our dogs and so, when they were poking their fingers in the fence, one of them bit them. They threatened my sister that they were going to tell their parents but she told them that since they were throwing rocks at the dogs, that it was considered animal cruelty and they would get in a lot of trouble themselves. They dropped it after that. So yeah... That family moved away so it's less trouble for us but still have to deal with the other two.

Okay, I live in an apartment complex, so I have met some weird people. But the worst person there happened to live I the same building as me, I'm not saying any names but these people, I don't know them too well, had a teenage boy, a younger boy, and a little girl. Now it wasn't even the family, the teen and the younger boy were fine, I mean the younger boy was annoying but that's another story, the problem was the little girl.
Okay so it started when this girl and the younger boy go of of school and were locked out of their house (the boy was 9 or 10 and the girl was 5 or 6). So they came and asked if they could stay in our house until their parents or older brother got home.
Since my brother was friends with the boy he asked my dad and he allowed them to come in. My brother played with the boy and I was left with this annoying little girl (have you know I'm 12 and I'm dark and this girl was 5 to 6 and all pink and girly so I didn't want to be around her)
So as she was waiting for her parents to come I went upstairs I to my room so I could get away from her. Well this little shit HAD to follow me, in fact I tried to get away many times and she followed me and asked me question like "can I have some of your make up?" "Can I have some food" "can I have this and that" she wanted everything. I'm a nice person so I did go even her some stuff I did the want (mainly nail polish I didn't use)
So Once I finally got her out of my room to go hang out with the boys so I could rest from being annoyed, I went downstairs to get food (I'm a fat ass). This girl saw me and followed me, once I got downstairs into my kitchen I got some donuts (again I'm a fat ass) this girl started literally begging for the food, an again me being nice person gave her some. This cycle continued until Eventually her parents came. But it doesn't stop there.
According to my dad one day he was sleeping in the couch and woke up to see the girl I or house watching tv, have you know nobody knew she was there. My dad asked what she was doing and she said "I was bored so I came inside to watch tv". Eventually after I stopped giving her stuff she moved onto my dad (who is a nice person despite having anger issues)
So she begins to start her little shit ways with him, but little did she know my dad can say no (which I a thing I can do). The last time this girl has begged or broken into the house was when my dad was cleaning out the car we had and the girl walked up and asked "do you have any donuts" and my dad said no, them she began to wine saying "oh come on, next time you go to the store can you get me some" and my dad said okay (he didn't actually get any for her) so after the girl realized she couldn't get anything from us she didn't come back. And that's the last time she did that, my brother still hangs out with the girls brother but not that often anymore (thank irene) and I'm just waiting for the day I wake up and find her searching my room.
One last thing, I got this little taking bird toy thing from my aunt when I was nine and the little girl came inside one day and stole it!! She bent the wings and even had the nerve to show it to me. And if you think oh she must have gotten one too, that same day she walked up to me with it mine went missing, and I didn't play with mine it was always on my make up stand not being touched. Lets just say I fucking hate that little girl with a passion and I now have trust issues even worse than before.

When me and my parents lived the a fourplex, we lived in the basement, and whenever me or either my mom or dad tried to take a shower, the upstairs neighbors would turn on the water, you could hear them running or stomping to the sink and turn on the water, and the water in the shower would get really cold, and it was especially annoying when we would be washing our hair

worst neighbors i have is this woman who basicly lives right in frount of my trailer atm. She hates the out door cats and hates the fact we take care of them, that she reported us to the land lord saying if we are caught feeding them one more time we will be kick out, she also freaten my dad (he doesnt live with me and my mom, he only visits) saying something on the lines that because he visits ME ever so offed because he IS my dad that he needs to start paying to come here like rent or something when he DOESNT even live here, he VISITS and all that other bull crap.
We plain on moving this summer and we are taking EVERY stray cat with us that lives around here. Who knows what she will do to them after all the other rumers i heard around here and we basicly treat them like ours anyways and we dont want anything to happen to them

When I was young, like 4-5 my neighbor had the SWAT team visit him. He was the classic grumpy oldish guy. He had an angry German shepherd that scared my sister and me. Anything that went over the fence was gone forever. One night he was drunk and wielding a shotgun. So someone called the police, and the SWAT team came. There was SWAT in our backyard and a helicopter overhead. My sister and I slept through it all.

When I was little, I was the crazy neighbor. Like, I'd sneak out and buy ice cream in my pj's, I tried sneaking into the people across the street's yard to pet their bunny... one time, my neighbors saw me walk in the street in pj's and started wondering what to do. The mom shrieked at the father, who responded calmly and noncaring while staring at the computer screen and their daughter(s) laughed at the scene. At some point, the women in the neighborhood got fed up by the men's constant "we're doing some man stuff, you ladies just stay home in the kitchen" and decided to hold a women's only auction. For sex toys.
And then we had to move because my mom couldn't handle all the mold in our house

So I live in a small nieghborhood in a sucluded wooded are on the coast of western Washington. We have 3 nieghbors that give us hell.
    1) Mr. Douchebag, as we call him, Loves to bring his /Aggressive/ dog over to our yard to poop, and just leaves it, this has been going on for 5 years now, And we've politely asked him to stop, he did stop for a bit, but now he's flinging the poop into the yard and waiting until he thinks no one's home to bring his dog over. His dog has attacked a little boy who was litterally just sitting by his tree house playing with his toys(his parents have this on video),and Mr. Douche bag decided to let his Dog out, off leash, so the dog darts off to where the little boy is and Attacks him completely unprovoked. And mr douche decided to laugh amd call his dog back inside, the preceded to ignore the kids parent while the knocked on his door. And when they finally called the cops, He claimed that he Didn't have said dog and that the little boy was a brat and would tease the dog they keeped tied up in thier yard, I don't think they feed this dog much because he's super thin. The battle of the poop still goes on to this days.
    2) Okay, we also have a nieghbor who "Patrols" our Nieghborhood. What he's actually doing is looking for any deer he can hunt or poach, as long as he's 55 feet away from a house, he can legally hunt where we live. If you think thats bad you don't know the half of it. He does all this while drink both beer and whatever hard Liquor he can get his hands on to compliment his Beer that day, plus on top of that combo, he's on some strong pain killers and he's smoking a joint to add that cherry to the top. Mind you hes driving on a road that Kids walk and ride bikes on, and in some areas he could roll down a drop off. Oh and Did I mention he likes to do all this with his Grand kids in the car?
3)This family, they're absolutely out of control. The last time I counted they had 14-15 kids. Only 5 have the same parents, 4 are adopted/possibly nephews, 1 is The Ex wife's kid, 2 Are the dads and his new wifes, and the Ex wife has 2-3 kids (I'm not sure if she's had the baby yet) that have a fun story behind them. First I just want to share that all these kids and all 3 parent live in the same house, that is the grandfather's home. Yes he lives there too. I introduce you too the Rabbit family! They don't watch their kids, they don't discipline thier kids, and the spoil the kids rotten. These children terrorizethe neighborhood, we have problems with them destroying our garden and stealing things off our back porch while we're home. They ride the bus to school and constantly pick on my niece who is autistic, unfortunately the bus drivers aren't allowed to kick Kids permanently off the bus anymore other wise these kids wouldn't be on that bus. That's enough about the kids, Lets talk about the parents. So youd normally not live with your Exwife, right? Well this guy, decided not to kicke her out, but actually invites her to live with him, and then he brings his new wife into the house. As if the situation couldn't get worse, but you dont know why they got devorced in the firstplace. So, the Exwife was a prison guard at one point, this was towards the end of the marriage, She had this bright Idea one day at work, she decided to screw a hand full of prisoner's. This went on for a few months before she gotpregnant, when the was finally born, dispite it not looking even romotely Like Father Rabbit, he still didnt catch on to the fact she was cheating on him. Her mamaternity leave was finally over, so she got back to humping the prisoner's, she unsurprisingly got pregnant agian, this time the baby turned out black. He still didn't ask about it. So when she finally got back to work, she started making her rounds agian with the prisoners, but this time, she got caught by her supervisor, but alas it was too late. She was pregnant, agian. And right on time father rabbit finally aske about the cheating, and she admitted to it. Yet for some reason that wasn't enough to end thierb
marriage. Not even close. He had to get back at her. So in comes the blonde beauty, that he had know for only a few weeks, amd guess whose pregnant! The girlfriend. And thats when he finally devorced the Exwife. I only know this because whenever they see us out side they just have to tell us of thier drama. And to add to this mess, they went out and bought 180 chickens and 20 roosters.

I remember I had this one neighbor (our house was one of those kinds of houses that were only separated by a wall) who had a small dog who not only barked at EVERYTHING, but these people refused to clean up after it. Since we were in charge of most of the yard maintenance, we asked them multiple times to clean up after their dog, but they just ignored us. So one day, I was home alone for the evening, and I noticed that the neighbors had their dog outside with them. Little 11 year old me decided to kindly remind them that not only do I have a tendency to notice their habits, but also that they should clean up after their dog, since we had to clean the yard. Long story short, they got mad, complained to my parents that I was "being rude", and I had to apologize for reminding them to not be inconsiderate people. I was not happy about the whole ordeal, since I felt I was doing justice by saying what I said. I wasn't even being rude or anything. If anything, I was polite about it. Needless to say, we moved for whatever reason and so far I have never encountered those kinds of people since (I probably will once I move out).

Suddenly thankful that the worst my neighbors has done, was when their then teenage son(he has moved out now) would hold parties and play music till midnight(luckly not loud, just enough to be heard by the neighbors).
11:00 being the little demon that I am. I would probably purposefully have started to do small things, just for the sake of pissing them off.

We had neighbors in the other side of the duoplex that my family lives in that have moved out. They moved in around Christmas time one year. The family was a single father, his son, and two daughters. The son was practically ready to move out, the girls on the other hand were not. On nights one and two everyone in our half of the house gets woken up by these loud chimpanzee-like screams and we're thinking someone is dying. I absolutely hated them because I could them through my earplugs and their bedroom was right on the other side of mine. It was Hell on Earth every time one of our neighbor's girls started throwing a tantrum.

So this will be short with no real explanation, but i was talking to my parents and they said that awhile ago when i was about 6 or 7, before we were at the house we're at now, we lived on a main road and our neighbor was about 30 years old, and he was recently arrested for being a pedophile. Kind of terrifying since i barely remember my child hood and i wonder what could have happened when i lived at my old house...

not as wtf as those neighbors but i had one point a gun at my dad over a 'who's part of the land does that tree belong to' because of dogs.
yes that neighbor is in jail now and we moved since.
now we live in an apartment and the lady below us seemed okay at first until the 3rd month living here. she was one of those druggies. at the end of every month she would start a fight and never talk shit in front of others. oh but she will when they walk by. she moved and i can't tell you how much i'm glad she did.
now my basement neighbor and that druggie hangs out at the front door of the apartment. it seems the basement lady's package didn't arrive and the druggie lady had the nerve to accuse my mom by saying 'looks like someone's going to jail' when my mom was going off to work. the door to the mail area is easy access to the public, the mailboxes are damaged and never locked. ANYONE could have snuck in and took it.

The only neighbor issue I've ever had was either the 4th or 24th of July a few years ago I was setting fireworks off. My family liked the day time parachuters and that day was kinda windy. So, to make the parachutes go where we wanted them to go I was in the middle of the road close to the front of one of our side neighbor's home, but not directly in front from my perspective. I kneeled over to light the firework when the wife of that home came out and started yelling angrily at me to get our of her property and that I'm going to burn her house down. I was kinda far away so I yelled back telling her that I wont burn her house down and I'm not in her property and I'm where I'm at cause of the wind. She didn't care and demanded that I move over to my own property. I moved over like three steps resistantly and she went back into her house leaving her teenage daughter outside who was somewhat confused on what to do or say. I was surprised she didn't call the cops on us at that time. Which was sad that she was a mean woman when her husband and kids are like the opposite.

some say they have really bad neighbors, how about mine. So, this peeps had a bull dog that was very hostile and I had a little old dog named Jack. These guys, their kids would throw house parties and would play the music so loud while they where outside at the pool. Almost every night...But one day, one fucking day..Their fucking walking muscles dog had bitten Jack's lung...Jack was on their property, yes, but the only thing was wrong with that was that he wasn't even in the yard of backyard, just on it a little bit. When we called the police, they said they couldn't press charges against them, but said that if it attacked one of us, we where allowed to kill or hurt it. So, everyday I would go outside with a baseball bat and a pocket knife, just waiting till that bitch made a mistake....even after Jack died. Their was one time that bull dog almost hurt my friend, Bella. If I could...I would have jumped off of that trampoline, picked up that baseball bat and beat it till it stopped moving..but I didn't want Bella to see that, so I told her to be still and wait for the rednick family to take it away. They moved out and while they where, I was eyeing their dog. Ready to pounce if it broke the leash and went to attack me. Me and that dog just had a stare down, if one makes a move the other would attack or growl.

My old neighbours were pretty good. They did break into our hot tub once, but that was their teenage daughter trying to impress her boyfriend. But now, we have this young couple. They dress in very modest clothing, and rarely come out of their home. However, the day they moved in was my father's Birthday and he was throwing a party in the backyard. He had explained to them that it wasn't going to be like this all the time, that it was just a celebration, and they'd quiet down at a reasonable time. Keep in mind that this was on the weekend, but at 10 at night they came over and told my dad to quiet down. My dad is super creeped out by them, and he doesn't startle easily.

well a couple years ago I think 3 or 2 years when me my brother and dad lived in this small apartment we had ground floor and our neighbors on the top floor would always stomp around like it was loud as hell then we'd heat dragging like they were moving something and it was wierd because it would be nearly every day we'd hear dragging . that's not the worse part . late at night like we're talking 1 in the morning we'd hear a woman and a man arguing about the wierdest stuff one night I couldn't sleep and I heard the woman screaming at the guy I think about supposedly watching porn . I had a bunk bed and I slept on top and was really close to the ceiling so I could hear it clearly. when they'd fight you'd hear glass break or bangs or just the noises of something hitting the ground . one time I heard a bang on the ground followed by a loud crack and over my bed I saw cracks in the celling later on the cracks opened and a bowling ball fell through ! no lie . if I was lying there when said bowling ball fell it would've smashed my face in. other than that my dad was like what the f*** ! I was more traumatized that I could've died if I lied there . the of course were freaking out and blaming each other . the apartment owners were fixing the floor and for I good while I couldn't fall asleep there .

We used to have one neighbor who was a grandma to these kids who would visit around the holidays and lived right next door to us. This was around the time when my brothers and I would go outside to play and we would ride our bikes and stuff. These girls would come over and play with us sometimes whenever they would visit their grandma. They seemed nice at first until one of them got mad at my youngest brother ,who was 3 at the time, and she pushed him down on the sidewalk and the other girl tried to run him over with her Barbie jeep. My mom thankfully was able to grab my brother and carry him back inside before the girls could do anything else to him. The girls then told us they were bored and went back to their house. My brother and I continued playing and I noticed they forgot one of their toys in our drive way so I grabbed it and ran over to give it back to them. The girl accused me of trying to steal it from THEIR driveway and then slammed their front door on my fingers. I ran back to my house in tears and my mom called and complained but the woman didn't do anything. Then a year or so later, the woman cut down a tree in her backyard AND IT LANDED ON OUR ROOF AND MADE A HUGE HOLE IN OUR ROOF and she refused to pay to have it fixed!

We didn't have a bad neighbor, but we did have a bad landlord recently that kept threatening to evict us over minor things, then tried to keep us from moving when we tried to leave??? Apparently when you want to rent a new home, the new landlord has to interview the old landlord. The old landlord said that we are always late on payments when in reality we just kept splitting the pay in half each month and pay 50% with each check (which is legal cause he was getting full payment).
We did manage to get a new place without him needing to be interviewed (Yay military housing!) AND HE TRIED TO SUE US AFTER WE LEFT?!?! I thought the guy wanted us gone??? Literally even the court judge told him he was being stupid, but my parents were nice and decided to pay him the money he wanted, which was about $1,500. Buuut dad was being salty and only paid him $200 a month even though we all knew we could pay him more

When I was a very little kid, we had these neighbors. Nice people, it's just that their son was a massive bully. He became a friend and then he stole my older brother's stuff, including a VERY SPECIAL gift from our dead grandmother. He shoved my brother down our cement steps that lead to our backyard, which caused him to get stitches in his forehead and cheek. He would chase my brother around while calling him profanities. He was 7, mind you. He used to put me in between two couch cushions and would jump on me, as well. His parents didn't do anything about it. They were nice people, just awful parents. They moved before I turned 5, though, thank God.

    I've got two.
    1. I lived in a neighborhood where everyone was related somehow until I was 11-12. And there's only about 6 houses in all. So, my cousin was next door to her grandmother. Her grandmother was like the neighborhood spy/snitch. Us kids never did anything to horrible just normal kid things. Like one day we had these old grey trash cans with nothing in them, so we cleaned them up and decided to roll down a small bump in our yard. She comes out of her house, screaming at me, my Sis and our older cousins. So we just go back inside. That was a fairly normal occurrence. And we always got the blame for what her grandchildren did!
    2. These annoying jackasses would go down the road at like 2 am each night and blast music that actually rattled the windows. They did this every fucking night for 12 years. One time I came home, and I was just done with the day. I was tired, dirty and just wanted to sleep. So like clockwork, 2 am, they come driving by and blasting music. They wake me up. I was a little hot head so I jump out of bed, go to my window, open it, pop the screen, jump out with Nerf machine gun in hand, and just book it towards the main road. I aim and fire. Didn't actually hit them, sadly. Once I was out, I ran back to my window, hauled my ass up, put the screen back in, shut it and jumped back in bed.
That's the first and last time I did that. Yeah... it didn't help. Oh well. Not exactly neighbors, but I hope y'all got a kick out of this!

Lussee...We've actually never had a bad experience until recently with new neighbors that moved in next to us.
There's a front house and a back house, we're in the back and they're in the front. My Mom had ordered an electronic thing from Kohl's, and the mailman delivered it by accident up front, and they refused to give it back even after the mailman confirmed he had delivered it to their house by accident. They also smoke strange crap and sometimes blast music, have generally been rude, etc. The lady we went this place from also didn't help and gave my Mom a hard time.
Fortunately/unfortunately...I'm physically disabled because of my back, and mentally disabled because of an anxiety disorder. And the law, despite the police not being much help, comes down hard on those who:
    1- Don't accommodate disabled renters
2- Disturb or cause problems for disabled neighbors to the extent of messing with their disabilities.
The land lady falls under #1, and the new neighbors fall under #2. For fear of legal action or calling people in charge of these things, both have ceased their wrongdoings.
I don't like being disabiled with either issue I mentioned, but that's a small positive.

My neighbor called the police multiple times, which there's nothing wrong with that, but it was because we were playing not very loud music outside at 3pm, had a "fire" going (birthday plates in the fire pit) and my cousin and I were screaming in the back yard (literally nothing stupid 14/12 year olds do can relate to that, has to be physical abuse!) and she called my cousin a bitch when she was 12.
She called her a hoe in return.
    I love my cousin.

when I was really little. my first house I lived in where condos that are linked together, no space in between.bassicly you could smash a hole in a wall of my house and get into there's.
so that house had lots and lots of people move in and out. I always would say there was a curse or something. well my parents were friends with the people next door, I was about four make five. I'm not sure. in the range of four to six because I knew this all happened 2005-7 BLB (before little brother) so these people were nice they would come around sometimes, watch me when my parents went out. But they moved out. And a single mom, her son and her daughter moved in. The daughter was like from 13-16 I don't really remember, all I remember is she wore tank tops and bottoms shorts, and had really really big boobs. Not really sure why kid me focused on that but I digress. I went inside that condo once during there entire duration of living there. The daughter took me down to the basement. Showing me her hangout spot. And the way the basements at these places were they had concrete walls and concrete floors, they were big, and cold. Really really cold. The room was a mess, I had to wear shoes down there because "there might be broken glass* as the mom said. Right on the wall the girl had. Just spray painted a bunch of crap on these walls, it was jsut crazy. So the tour of the basement ended, we invited the family over for dinner, and I took the girl up to my room to show her my dolls. And she went over to my wall. now the layout was unfortunately set so that my room and her room were side by side and the only thing keeping us apart was a relitivily thin purple wall. (My walls were purple) she smacked it and Said.
"Of you hit this while I'm in my room I'll hear you and you can here me to!" And holy shit did we hear them. Now this girl was highschool age. And obviously went to school. Yet on weeknights she'd be having the equivilant of not a party just an intimate get together. With loud music and giggls right in her room. And her stero speakers were aginst the wall my bed was. So that was great! (I understand that some of this might be a bit similar to the Madam's story but I assure you this is 100% real). The mom seemed to have different boyfriend's every week, the girl always had friends over and was always getting Into fights with her mom. And the son. Was about four. He'd come over and play sometimes. The door into the house went into the living room and we had a large window that you could see out of and see who's there, this kid, would come over, press his face aginst the glass, and knock. And say.
"Alys mom. Alys mom. Can Aly come play?" Kinda ceeppy. Eventully. My parents went over and asked the mom if her daughter could turn down he music at night as it was disturbing me, that's when shit hit the fan and the daughter accused my parents of harassment. And her mom and she and my mom and dad were on the front porch while I sat on the couch recording everything with a little Hanna Montana Video recorder. I didn't play
The son's dad had just won custody of the kid so the mom was extra pissy. Thankfully a few short months later. They moved out. My parents threw a little party.

Well kind of like your dog poop story, my bother got the famous "I KNOW IT WAS YOU" from one of our neighbors. (Note: this takes place over a few nights, so for our neighbor there was build up) Here's how the story goes, when me and my bro Matthew, were like 9 and 10 we lived in a small neighborhood that was like the classic TV mom drama show, where there was the Alfa mom and everyone would do what that mom said and spread rumors about and or shun the ones who didn't. ( we where shunned) Any who, we had the classic old man the LOVED his lawn. Even would say," get off my lawn you stupid brats!". My family thought he was nuts and didn't talk much. Well, we guess the "alpha mom's" kid had been ding dong ditching his house every night past 10:00pm for the past two weeks and he was at the end of his robe. Apparently, they would be woken up by the door bell and he would loose sleep. I don't know why he went to bed so early, like I said, there weird. Well, one night our neighbor decided to steak out his property and find the corporate. Unfortunately for my brother, the street we lived on wasn't vary well lit, so we figure our neighbor only had a silhouette to go off of. The "alpha mom's" kid knew this as well and used it to his advantage, because after he found out that the lawn lover was watching him he ran into the darkness and lost the Lawn lovers plane of sight. After a few nights of doing this, all with the same result, our crazy neighbor came knocking at our door at like 9:00 at night screaming and hollering at my father about how he'd been ding dong ditched and (the best part of this story) how he KNEW it was my brother who was doing it. What even made it more funny is me and my bro were both in our PJs and getting ready to go to bed and when our neighbor saw my brother, he looked at him with a death stare, pointing his finger and his exact words were, " I know it was you, Matthew." My bro was just scared he would get in trouble, but dad knew better. Dad told the crazy neighbor that "it couldn't be Matt because he's in bed before 10:00 and he wasn't allowed to go outside after sundown." The neighbor wasn't satisfied and still persisted that it was Matthew. It took my dad about a half a hour to get this guy to leave, and once my dad finally got to shut the door we all just looked at one another and started to wrap our minds around what happened. After we counted the dots we started laughing, because my pa came up with this phrase that will plague my brother for the rest of his life. Dad looked at my bro with a goofy/ serious face and with a really gruff and scratchy voice said, " I know it was YOU, MATTHEW!" I know it my not seem that funny though this text but every time the family hears pa say it, we all bust out laughing, all but my brother of course.

    I'm so lucky to have great neighbors. I'm in my late 20s and they've lived there before and after I was born. So I grew up around them. They're kind of like grandparents to me since all mine have died. I had a normal room, but I would have loved one filled with porcelain dolls. I've always loved them xD;

I only remember my current neighbours (and man we have many) even if I never had problems with our "real" neighbours on the left to our house. I had problems with the ones to the left of our house. It was like 3 am, I woke up because I had to go to the toilet and for some reason, I looked outside the window of my room and... they were outside with their dog. I have real problems with their dog, EVERYONE has problems with their dog. In our neighbourhood, everyone, except them own at least one cat, and this dog chases cats. It really isn't nice. And their son, he was only my friend because he wanted to use our trampoline (didn't talk to him for years) and yeah...that's everything from top of my head.

I asked my mom about one of our neighbors, and she came and asked me if I knew who lived in our building. Little did I know, there live twice as many people as I had thought. SO! Starting from the fourth floor, where my best friend, her sister and her mother live, next to them lives the owner of the building (not the landlord, he owns the building, he built it) who's a frickin weirdo. He lives with his dog who he leaves alone and it scratches on the door and it's sooo loud. Next to me lives this VERY kind old lady (she gifted me a book with songs in it and she played the piano for me to sing to them) with her husband, who's the brother of the owner and my mom calls HIM a weirdo (he greeted me once though, so I don't know where she got that from) ((and they sometimes have this little girl over and she's so adorable!!)). On the SECOND floor, there lives a friend of my mom, a cop (he's a nice guy, I've met him), and other friends of my mom who brought over a doctor (I didn't know she lived there), and they sometimes bring these two cute lil' children who I'm in love with and we play together for a bit when I return home. On the first floor lives a VERY old and nice grandma (she greets me when I return home), and next to her lives some kind of foreign family (they know how to speak our native language, just not very well), the parents of the two kids I mentioned before who have now moved to another building, so the mother's sister's friend lives here now aaand, I think there's a blonde woman living with the foreign family in a seperate room in the back of the house... MANY people who I've never heard of, nonetheless.

This isn't too crazy, but it is kinda weird.
My neighbors have this black dog, and I don't know what kind it is, it's probably a lab, but this dog has attacked almost every kid (not parent or adult) in the neighborhood, including me. It has gotten two of the kids in our neighborhood hospitalized. We've reported it to the police, but they didn't really do anything about it. And the dog has attacked its own owner's kids.
And yet, the dog hasn't been given away or put down???
It boggles me why they keep it??

I have neighbors that are extremely friendly people, but their grandsons are little devils. No, they don't terrorize us, but they will constantly come knocking on our door like, "Can Dee come out to ride bikes" "Can Dee come play Wii with us" "Can Dee do this" "Can Dee do that" The older one got held back twice so now I'm in a higher grade than him. They realized that I was smarter than them both so they quite bothering us, but everytime I see them, I hide.

Neighbors what are those? No but seriously though. I got two stories here. So back when me and my dad lived in the apartments, we had this upstairs neighbor who was this heavyset woman with a couple of mixed daughters. Good kids I guess considering their age, and also the fact that I hate most children, for the longest time I had no issues with them at all. We kept to ourselves because my father and I hate confrontation. Anyways one day my friend was over and we were outside on the swing set just chatting, her kids were outside as well, and we all just kinda chatted and whatnot until the neighbor's kids went in and my friend had to go home. Well my friend ended up losing her money so I asked my other friend to go and see if those girls had seen it or something. Few minutes later the Neighbor comes out and accuses me of accusing her kids of stealing. I never said they took it so I was kind of baffled at what was happening, so she went and told my dad I was starting shit with her kids. My dad knows me though and knows I hate confrontation so I will do anything to avoid it, so he tells me to come inside and to just avoid her kids at all costs. couple weeks later she apologized, explaining that because her kids were mixed that people would normally be mean and rude to them and that's what she thought I had been doing. We were friends after that.
After that I got into a confrontation with people from a different apartment building because they were being rude to my friend. The girl that was probably like 3-4 years younger than me so she was like 12 or something, decided that she was going to be a little shit, deface the apartment landlord's(is that the right term?) property and key my friend's mom's car. She also got me directly involved because she decided to insult me and tried to stab me with a pocket knife. Yeah they were kicked out.
I love living in the country, we don't normally have to deal with Neighbors.

(Long story with Pitbull discriminating neighbors)
So, my family had a Pitbull who I will always call my "Big Furry Brother" and he was the sweetest thing, his best friend was one of our cats and he wouldn't hurt a fly. When I was 6, we got some new neighbors and at first they were pretty nice people and my dad and their dad worked together to build the fence dividing our backyards. Before the fence was finished, my dad would have our dog on his leash, the neighbors said they were a little cautious with Pitbulls, but they weren't too troubled and my family understood that and we finished the fence. Years afterwards, my dad let's our dog out in the backyard to do his business as usual, my dad goes back inside bt then hears a noise coming from outside, he goes out and sees our dog sniffing under our deck and it turns out our neighbors cat had jumped the fence and got hurt and huddled under the deck. My dad brought our dog back inside and tried to coax the cat to no avail, so he left it some water. He goes next door and the wife just freaked out at my dad, she came and snatched her cat and called animal control on us. The guy comes, is a little caution of our dog, but my dad shows how well behaved he was. The animal control guy said "so, we are gonna have to fine you and your dog will have to be under house arrest for a year." My dad flips saying "I'm not paying, their cat, my yard." They went back and forth for a bit and the animal control guy loosened up and said "alright, no fine, but he will need to be confined for 2 months." Which was perfectly fine since we didn't take our dog out much anyways. After animal control left, my dad goes over to the only part of the fence the cat could've jumped over, there was some barbed wire over one of the sections and my dad found cat hair and a little skin. The cat got caught on the fence when it jumed and got itself hurt, my dog only scared it to run under the deck, he didn't touch the cat. My dad told this to the neighbor dad and even showed him, but the wife wasn't having it and said "no! it was your dog, I knew he's be a monster, you need to get rid of him!" My dad ignored her and went home, had tension with them since. After our Pitbull died and we got a wiener dog mix, my dad was doing the yard when the neighbor dad walked up and said "hey! So I know you like pitbulls and I know this buddy of mine who is selling some, you interested?" My dad just stares dumbfounded and snapped "Are you kidding?! After ALL the crap we went through with our previous pit, you're now saying I should get another?? No!!" And he stormed off. No interactions afterwards and the neighbors moved out. Never saw or heard from them again.

I've never had a neighbour as bad as this but I've had many bad neighbours. In fact I've had more bad ones than good. When I lived at home we had a neighbour across the road from us who would always drive recklessly with his huge station wagon car, barreling out his drive at stupid speeds and we lived in a cul-de-sac. Another neighbour would come out and scream at us kids if we went past her house on the public pavement and would often call the police to arrest us because she saw us as invading her property. The neighbours next door to us were bad but only got worse as their kids grew up. She has a car, her husband as a car and work van, their son has a car and work van and her daughter has a car and they delight on blocking my parents drive so they and my younger brother can't get out. So my parents park on the road since they can't use their drive way and even then the next door people block most of the street with their cars as the woman is entitled and doesn't want her car blocked up in the drive way.
Worst neighbour one - wasn't actually the neighbour but her boyfriend. She moved in and was really nice but her boyfriend would come round often and they would have ear splitting parties until about 3-4 in the morning. This was most nights. One day, after a particularly bad night, I decided to put the speakers of my computer next to the wall and blast at Metallica at full volume. This was at 10 in the morning. They came round and demanded I turn the music down as they were sleeping and I pointed out that for the 2 weeks they had lived there I had gotten virtually no sleep from them. She was evicted by the landlord because the parties had forced their other tenants out so they were losing money.
Worst neighbour two I had personally was between 2012 and 2015. She started off okay, bit of a chav. She had a young boy who was mildly autistic and who would come outside of kitchen winder and stare at us - the house was a row with mine at the end. Then she got involved with a guy and they would argue all the time. They always started after 9, which was when my partner and I would go to bed since we had to be up at stupid o'clock in the morning. They would scream at each other and bang things against the ajoining wall. Seriously, it sounded as if they were picking up their furniture and slamming it full force against the wall. On top of that, they would have very noisy sex at 2-3 in the morning, waking us up and then have a screaming match for an hour. We barely got any sleep for about 9 months. Then she dumped him but he would come around in the early hours drunk and yell things outside. He even totaled her car.
Currently I have 4 neighbours who smoke heavily so my house is wreathed in the stink. But I will be moving again soon in about a year so hopefully I'll have better luck - but I don't hold out my hopes :(

I used to have this one neighbour that hung out with my mom a lot. I didn't really like her that much, but I was still well-mannered around her. The reason I didn't like her was because she was an alcoholic and I believe she sold weed/drugs (I had a feeling because she would often ask my mom to smoke with her in our backyard all the time and the police visited her place quite often), plus she abused the hell out of her husband who in turn was abusive towards her. Whenever she was around me, she would tell me how 'disgusting/ugly/useless' I was right in front of my mom. Now, my mom was abused as a kid so she reacts to that kind of stuff by not doing anything. So she would essentially allow her 'friend' so verbally abuse me all the time, even after I asked my mom to tell her to stop but after about a month I stopped asking.
But the worst thing that happened was when my grandma went into the hospital. I was a complete mess, because I do still care deeply for my grandma no matter how cruel she was to me. My mom coped by getting drunk for 3-4 straight days, but one night her 'friend' came over and started yelling at me that I didn't deserve to see my grandma because I was ungrateful and I was disgusting and needed to take a shower and I was stupid and blah-blah-blah. I finally yelled at her, saying she was NOT my mom and she couldn't tell me what to do (I was 15 at the time so I was starting to become more of an 'adult' at that point and I was tired of her bullshit). But of course, my mom told me to do what she said and her 'friend' was at the door the ENTIRE TIME I was taking a shower. She even brushed my hair to make sure I cleaned it, then she left to go back to her place while my mom slept on the couch. I ended up crying the entire night, then I actually almost harmed myself because I had 'blacked out' for 5-6 hours and I had no idea what I was doing. Thankfully, she moved far away and I no longer have to deal with her anymore. She was awful, no matter how much 'good' she did for us (we're poor so she would often get us food and other things that we needed without asking for anything in return). But at least she taught me that I nee to stand up for myself, because I don't allow that to happen to me anymore.

My neighbours are generally well-intentioned, but when they started their horse farm they weren’t quite prepared. Specifically, one of the fences had a loose lock. Which the horses, unfortunately, didn’t take long to find. And my house had lots of nice, tall grass, because my dad really enjoyed gardening. So every now and then, I would look out the window and see _an entire horse_ (sometimes two!) just standing around or running in circles in my front yard. I think seeing a horse where you’re generally not expecting to see one counts as an emotion of its own. One time, two got out and were acting _particularly_ feral, rearing up, running through the garden, and pooping in the driveway, and it took the neighbors, my dad, and a couple Amish guys from down the road (there’s a small community of them near me) to lead it into the muddy field next to our house, where the horses were slowed down enough to be led back to the pasture.

The worst neighbor I remember, we didn't even know, but here's the little story:
So our dog, Emma, had fleas and had to stay outside until we knew what to do with them and so she wouldn't die when we bombed the house (flea bomb for those who don't know). Emma liked to get out of her collar and go to the front door so she could get one-on-one time, which we were happy to give. One day we were going grocery shopping and came back - Emma wasn't on the porch. She never tried to run away before, so I was really scared. My dad said that he found a note from the pound that said that she was off her leash and causing some sort of chaos. Note: she was probably the sweatest puppy you would find, which was good since we adopted her from people who took her from an abusive household, so she was really happy to be away from anyone trying to harm her. My mom and dad went to the pound to talk to them, but since we couldn't afford her back, and honestly probably didn't know what to do with her if we did, we just got the story. Our neighbors called and they came. She greeted them excitedly and they led her to the van so she could go to the pound. Her tail was wagging, she was super excited. They got the fleas off of her. That's the last I heard from Emma. I still don't know the neighbors, and we moved out (since the foundation was turning into garbage), so I don't even know what happened to them.

I keep getting new neighbors over and over again but only on one specific side. The ones who stay are an old lady and her adult children (the “kids” are like 50 years old.) her son, every winter scrapes the snow to the pave. It gets our dog on edge but after 8 years we got use to it.
On the side that people keep moving we once got the same neighbors for two or three years. They had two dogs. A tiny one and a big one. The big one was a pit bull mix called Daisy. Really sweet girl kinda scared of everything. The tiny dog was a Boston terrier mix. Black and white named Oreo. He was super aggressive to our dog (a poodle). Oreo would regularly run into our yard (they never had them on a leash and never picked up the poop) and try to bite at our dog’s paws and then play the drama queen when our dog would growl at him. The neighbor’s kids also tried to shoot our dog with pellet guns multiple times (I live in Canada. It’s the only gun that can cause damage you can own without a license.) their son also entered my apartment while my mother was sweeping and we had to chase him away after he tried to kick my dog for barking at him.
When they left it was without paying their rent and leaving all their stuff. As well as three cats. They had taken the dogs, kids and clothing but left everything else and the three cats with no food or water. They were arrested ten hours away in the province of Quebec after other neighbors alerted the SPCA and landlords that they still saw one of the cats (who was starving) but not the neighbors.

I had to deal with two separate neighbors that for some odd reason had it out for my dog back in Washington. This old lady down the street from my old house mistook my dog for either peeing or pooping in her garden despite my dog's small size (she's a chihuahua mix, by the way). And while there was the craze on Pokemon Go going on, I was trying to catch a Dragonite near by a mailbox while my dog was sniffing at the pole until this crazy lady mistook me for "trying to get another person's mail" in broad daylight. And she forbid me for walking my dog to walk in her territory since grass are being effected from dog piss.
I never walked my dog in that part of my neighborhood again.

I personally haven't had any really bad neighbors (just the ones a couple houses away who partied on school nights with music blasting at 3 am), but before my girlfriend moved to my town she had some really bad neighbors. I remember one story she told me about them. So, it was dark outside and these neighbors were pretty crazy. One time she saw one of them holding a knife just staring at her house. I can't remember if the neighbor went toward her house or back inside, but the story I have is much worse. Like I said, it was pretty dark outside. One of their neighbors from the house across the street went over to their car with a bat and just started beating the heck out of it! This was when they lived in a pretty crappy neighborhood, but they did call the police. The neighbor went back inside after they destroyed their car and before the police arrived, but they didn't have any proof that their neighbor had destroyed their car. A lot of other bad things had happened but I personally think that was the worst. I'm going to go eat tacos now because my parents are making tacos tonight. Thank you for reading this if you did, and I hope you don't have neighbors like my girlfriend once had. I love your videos Madame Macabre, stay creepy!

My neighbor is definitely not as extreme as some others, but he did some really weird things. Almost every day, we would here him doing something in his backyard and it always sounded like he was redoing something, but when we checked it just looked like random piles of dirt and bricks but he just moved the piles around for no reason. Nothing else in the backyard changed, except for some creepy, old, rusty wheelbarrow that he kept.
Also, he was quite a downer no matter what. I'm not just saying this because he was being mean, it's not just from the perspective of a kid, but he was just really mad at my group of friends for no reason and was always mean to us. So he lives directly next door to me and we live in a cul de sac that kind of goes uphill so his lawn was further up than mine, so there were a few layers of bricks separating our lawns. Whenever my friends and I went outside but wanted to sit down, we would always sit on those bricks and I can't even tell you the amount of times that he came outside immediately as we sat down and screamed at us to 'get off of his property' even though they were bricks in between our houses. At one point, he even put up stakes where the bricks ended to mark of where 'his property' was. Also, when we were younger and we went outside to mess with foam swords and sword fight with each other we would always run around the street. We never went onto other peoples properties, but this guy was convinced we were out to mess with his lawn. At one point I 'killed" my friend so she had to drop her sword where she died and go back to base, which was my garage. As she's walking away, this guy comes out of his garage and grabs her sword, which was on the street in front of his house. On the street. Not even the sidewalk. Long story short, we got our parents to go get it because he refused to give it back because it was "sitting on his property" according to him.
The last memorable thing he did was complain about my dogs. i have two small dogs that are really cute and fluffy and adorable but they also behave. They typically don't go bark outside, and if they do all we have to do is prop the door open slightly and say their names and they'll come running. Despite this, my neighbor claimed that they were disruptive and loud and annoying and they barked constantly so he called animal control on us because they were out barking for "hours". They went outside for like 2 minutes and he called animal control and lied. Not only that, but there have been multiple occasions where either one of my family members or my friends in the neighborhood have seen him outside, directly in front of the gate to my backyard, videotaping himself provoking my poor dogs who were just confused because a strange, very tall african-american man was standing right there and staring at them. No wonder they barked, he stood there and watched them from outside of my backyard, who does that!? It was just weird.
Anyway, sorry for the outrageously long comment but that's my weird neighbor experience.

I currently have some neighbors who hate our chickens for some reason. The hens aren't that loud, or smelly, or anything. There was this time where a different neighbor got into a hissy fit over a fence. The fence was dividing our properties, and it was right where it should be to divide our properties. This lady never had a problem with that fence for months until one day she just comes over screaming at my mom that the fence is invading HER backyard even though it isn't, and she demanded that we move it into OUR yard, essentially telling us "hey I want more space in my yard so I'm going to harrass you until you move the fence". I cannot tell you how angry that made me when my Mom told me what happened. I wanted to go yell at her back to see how she likes it, but of course my mom said we have to be civil about it and stuff. Another time before we moved to the house we're in now, like, 5 years ago, there was this one guy, who I think was the father in the neighbor's house, he shouted profanity at me because our rooster was crowing and he just so happened to be sitting on my lap snuggling with me. I was only 12 then, mind you. We got rid of the rooster later. I honestly have never had any close relationships with neighbors, unless you're talking about people in entire neighborhoods, because if so, there were these really nice people I was friends with. They lived a few blocks away from our house, but they moved out. We got to move into their house though. XD

I woulda flipped my shit at them. I'm generally not a very cruel or problematic person, I like my peace and quiet but if someone starts shit with me, you better be damned sure I'm gonna finish it. When you mentioned them aiming the speakers at your house my first thought was "Pressure washer right in the openings, that'll take care of those speakers." if that says anything. I'm just glad where I am now is nice and quiet, no nutso neighbors to deal with, mostly just polite small families who don't cause trouble.

I have experienced... some stuff with one of my past neighbors. She seriously threatened to kill anyone who passed by her house and after a few months she kinda went crazy and killed herself...
