Not Grapplr but, Yi is to reduce the cost of random spell on hand, but that's not the main point of having just 1. Really it's just to throw the enemy off, they just expect Yi deck but it's acutally a friggin ramp/recall deck.
Making Yi a 2 drop is one of the best balance changes in a while. With all the recalls I'm surprised our boi hasn't been using Ahri (Yasuo is still not a thing in Standard right?)
