I made these changes & it is wonderful!! - Changed: Cocoa powder to 2 Tablespoons Allulose to 6 Tablespoons And added: 2 Tablespoons oil This is WONDERFUL!! I topped it with cool whip & sugar free cherry pie filling & made a Black Forest Cake!
Thank you for such quick and easy treat - I made Two versions! I did an "OG" Chocolate as shown in this video (I accidentally did two tablespoons instead of two teaspoons of cocoa powder but it tasted perfect so I think I will always do that LOL) I also added about a 1/4 cup of Lily's chocolate caramel chips to the cake batter and garnished the frosted cake with a crown of fresh raspberries. I'm the only Keto eater in the house but I will still share this with my chocoholic husband and son. Because my daughter doesn't prefer chocolate, I made a second cake flavored with vanilla and a scoop of Perfect Keto strawberry MCT oil powder and some crumbled up bits of crispy freeze dried strawberries. For the whipped cream I doubled the volume (because I think I will just want extra!) and in addition to more of the strawberry MCT oil powder and a tablespoon of SF vanilla coffee syrup and vanilla extract. In both the cake and the whipped cream I reduced the allulose because the MCT oil powder has sweetener as well as flavor. So by my count I'll get some of both flavors! 🤪 Thank you so much for sharing your time and recipes 🥰

Since my husband likes dark chocolate I put in 1 tbsp dark cocoa. Used Bocha Sweet 1/4 cup because of the dark chocolate. This turned out so yummy!! Thank you!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wow I just made two of these cakes in my small ceramic loaf pans and they were very good. It reminds me of an old-fashioned sponge cake that my grandmother used to make. I did not make the icing but am seriously enjoying the cake by itself. The only thing I added was vanilla, and I used a black cocoa with a small bit of brewed coffee. The next time I think I will add some sugar free chocolate chips, since I love chocolate. Thank you so much for your hard work and great recipes. Oh BTW for anyone who's wondering...there WAS NOT an ounce of grit in the cake...very soft and chewy and it rose like a charm in the microwave. So wonderful to have a quick cake. I am also going to mix all the dry ingredients together and bag them up so it will be a really quick desert to have at the ready.

I'm pretty particular about gitty, or grainy textures but I must be honest, this was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I give it a 10 all the way!! No grainy, or gritty texture. And sooo quick to make!! I made that vanilla one awhile back, but did not like it... it turned out soo gummy, but that could have been due to me not baking it long enough. Mostly it was flavorless.. but this is a KEEPER!! THANK YOU EVER SO KINDLY!! ❤❤p.s. I also used your "original" recipe for your PKF,.. and added extra Allulose. Was great. 👌
My husband and I made one of these last night and cut it in half and for each of us. It was so delicious we made two of them tonight and we each had one for ourselves. I just made the cake this morning with the NSKF 2.0 with oatfiber/almond. What an excellent texture. It blew my mind! I don't have that size of pan for my cake so I used two smaller round ramekins and nuked it for 1 min and 50 seconds. Perfect! I didn't try the frosting as I had whipped cream already made in the fridge. Love your recipes Victoria!
I made my first batch of your flour yesterday (almond flour/oat fiber) and eagerly made this chocolate mug cake after dinner. It is perfect! Your flour mixed easily w/all ingredients, cooked in 2 minutes on high rising perfectly right before my eyes! I added a bit of granulated coffee & also chocolate chips. Since I didn't have gelatin for your icing, I made hot fudge topping using 1:1 cocoa powder / Allulose. Cook on the stove stirring until boiling, add a little cream or milk, vanilla and 1/2 T butter. Stir until mixed a few minutes, then it's ready. It was a yummy hot topping to your cake. THANK YOU so much for this flour recipe, all your other recipes, telling us about Allulose and everything else! Can't wait to make more! J Anderson
I made this chocolate cake and loved it!!! I did use allulose amount allotted and 1/32 of a very concentrated Stevia. I did us Lily's chocolate chips and a tbls of butter and melted for the frosting. Over a 10 out of 10!!

So I made this cake last night and I was soooooo surprised how good it was. The texture was so much like a regular flour cake. I made a mistake on the frosting but I learned and won't do that again. I like it makes a small amount, no waste! Thank you for teaching and sharing your time and effort!

I have to say this was good. I did mess up the frosting because I did not happen to have heavy whipping cream. Made a few modes to that and ended up with a butter cream frosting. I did make this cake with your keto perfected flour recipe - because I still have some from the batch I made. The cake was really good. I made it for my birthday. I am going to try to see if I can make it a peanut butter cake with a chocolate frosting or peanut butter frosting.
Oh Victoria! Nice cake. I have one question, I do brush syrup (made from Allulose) on my cakes. Some keto cakes do not absorb cake syrup. Does this cake absorb? I'm going to try soon. Good job though. Shelf stable frosting is so so good!

I’m confused on how I can use your self rising flour. I made a container but don’t know if I use your recipes and add baking powder to it or not. Do I use it for non keto recipes? Do I still add baking powder?

2 min banana bread 1/2 cup of My Perfected Keto Flour 2 Tbs Allulose 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 1/4 cup cream 1 egg mix all. add few drop of banana essence. cook some chopped aubergine and squash into 1/2 cup mix in aubergine with batter by spoon add brown colour for colour
My wife needs to be on a low oxalate diet. Almond flour is one of the highest oxalate flours. IF you had to substitute if for something and had no other choice, what might that be? coconut flour is much lower as is lupin flour. Have you tried using either of those. Thanks
Lupin is a substitute for oat fiber not almond flour. Just hang with me it’s coming ok? I’m a mad scientist over here lol that isn’t an easy feat as far as those substitutions
@@victoriasketokitchen Most nut flowers are high oxalates. Lupin, coconut, and green pea flour were among the few I found that are low oxalate. A lot of others recommended are starches. I thought about trying some sort of keto “sort of friendly” wheat.
See Victoria's New Standard Keto Flour recipe . It uses Pecan flour which is a lot lower in oxalates. She mentions this fact in her introductory video on her New Standard Keto Flour.
I'm so new to your channel that I accidently found you when you were videoing about your newest find, the bamboo fiber. I've stuck around because I am thrill with some of the recipes I saw. However I honestly got so confused over the different Keto flours that I almost gave up, but fortunately I found this video which helped me to understand. So now I'm excited to try your Snickerdoodle recipe first followed by your brownie then your fried chicken tenders and biscuits!! After being hypoglycemic all my life my doctor informed me I was now type 2 diabetic. I knew and understood eating low carb which was without any real sweets, but my husband is a carber so it was a struggle and when I started Keto 2017 I shocked everyone by dropping my A1c from 7.9 to 5.3 in four months along with 90 pounds. But like you, most of the keto sweets I've tired are always disappointing and I've found that I'm not that fond of pork rinds and sometimes almond flour, so while I'm really excited to try your recipes, I'm honestly looking forward to the ones using the bamboo fiber, that is as soon as Amazon gets some in. I was wondering if anyone substituted the almond flour with lupin flour for people that cant have nuts? I want to make the flour mixture with lupin flour but afraid im going to ruin the mixture and waste it.
Yeah lupin does not have the fat content almond does so everything will need to be adjusted. I’ve got something coming can’t say what but if I were you id wait
7 net carbs is u use my new perfected keto flour with the arrow root powder or 5 net carbs of u use my original perfected flour without the arrowroot powder
Can you use Monkfruit powder instead of Allulose? So many keto ingredients are not in my regular grocery store. Still struggling to find Xanthan gum! My store has guar and psyllium husk, but not Xanthan.
I tried making it.. But unfortunately it didn't taste of much to me, though I added more cocoa powder and sweetener(I used sukrin, sweetness like sugar) to the batter and also to the frosting along with vanilla and cinnamon. I'm sad that it's bland, so tomorrow I will make it into rum-balls.. That's always a good save for a failed cake.
Is there anyone on this comment section who gets stomach distress from Allulose? I've read that it causes this; I have a lot of difficulty with most sugar alcohols, and I'm wary of trying Allulose because it's not very pleasant when I have this happen to me. Any suggestions?

I have to say this was good. I did mess up the frosting because I did not happen to have heavy whipping cream. Made a few modes to that and ended up with a butter cream frosting. I did make this cake with your keto perfected flour recipe - because I still have some from the batch I made. The cake was really good. I made it for my birthday. I am going to try to see if I can make it a peanut butter cake with a chocolate frosting or peanut butter frosting.

I have one question, I do brush syrup (made from Allulose) on my cakes. Some keto cakes do not absorb cake syrup. Does this cake absorb?

I finally made 2 batches of your perfected keto flour. Amazing!! I made a breakfast chaffle and 2 minute chocolate cake (1 layer) after dinner dessert. Super fantastic!!! I don't know the macros on the 2 minute cake. The recipe on Pinterest was cut off at the bottom. Thank you so much!!!!

2 min banana bread
1/2 cup of My Perfected Keto Flour
2 Tbs Allulose
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cream
1 egg
mix all. add few drop of banana essence.
cook some chopped aubergine and squash into 1/2 cup
mix in aubergine with batter by spoon
add brown colour for colour
My wife needs to be on a low oxalate diet. Almond flour is one of the highest oxalate flours. IF you had to substitute if for something and had no other choice, what might that be? coconut flour is much lower as is lupin flour. Have you tried using either of those. Thanks
Lupin is a substitute for oat fiber not almond flour. Just hang with me it’s coming ok? I’m a mad scientist over here lol that isn’t an easy feat as far as those substitutions
@@victoriasketokitchen Most nut flowers are high oxalates. Lupin, coconut, and green pea flour were among the few I found that are low oxalate. A lot of others recommended are starches. I thought about trying some sort of keto “sort of friendly” wheat.
See Victoria's New Standard Keto Flour recipe . It uses Pecan flour which is a lot lower in oxalates. She mentions this fact in her introductory video on her New Standard Keto Flour.

However I honestly got so confused over the different Keto flours that I almost gave up, but fortunately I found this video which helped me to understand. So now I'm excited to try your Snickerdoodle recipe first followed by your brownie then your fried chicken tenders and biscuits!!
After being hypoglycemic all my life my doctor informed me I was now type 2 diabetic. I knew and understood eating low carb which was without any real sweets, but my husband is a carber so it was a struggle and when I started Keto 2017 I shocked everyone by dropping my A1c from 7.9 to 5.3 in four months along with 90 pounds. But like you, most of the keto sweets I've tired are always disappointing and I've found that I'm not that fond of pork rinds and sometimes almond flour, so while I'm really excited to try your recipes, I'm honestly looking forward to the ones using the bamboo fiber, that is as soon as Amazon gets some in. Can you use Monkfruit powder instead of Allulose? So many keto ingredients are not in my regular grocery store. Still struggling to find Xanthan gum!
My store has guar and psyllium husk, but not Xanthan.
Yes to monk fruit but no to psyllium just because it breaks down in heat but xanthan doesn’t
I tried making it.. But unfortunately it didn't taste of much to me, though I added more cocoa powder and sweetener(I used sukrin, sweetness like sugar) to the batter and also to the frosting along with vanilla and cinnamon. I'm sad that it's bland, so tomorrow I will make it into rum-balls.. That's always a good save for a failed cake.

Is there anyone on this comment section who gets stomach distress from Allulose? I've read that it causes this; I have a lot of difficulty with most sugar alcohols, and I'm wary of trying Allulose because it's not very pleasant when I have this happen to me. Any suggestions?
The alulose that I have would not sweeten that cake . The more I add the less sweet I seem to taste.

Is allulose hard on gut like swerve? Dont even know HOW folks can eat that stuff without a thorough gut cleanse - and frankly gas from the depths of the underworld!
