Yae Normal Atk Height comparison

Well, Yae seens to have a different normal ATK height that... well, may be problematic. Is this a feature?
This can instantly proc Eletro charged at your feet on water and proc Overloaded if there's fire on the ground. At least she won't explode herself, but eletro charged is annoying and can kill you.
She can't hit enemies on a ground level above her.
