I just bought a new 32gb ram cause if you plan on doing hardcore 4k editing with special effects, graphics, etc… you’ll need at least 32gb.
Also ordered a 1TB ssd for my project files and a 250gb ssd for my media cache and scratch. This is in addition to the 250gb ssd i already have for my OS and software and hopefully will unf$&k my computer and prevent it from constantly crashing and taking forever. Also ordered a 16TB external drive to store all of my footage and final videos

3:02 for the audio input/output change, as of right now, it seems liked they changed it so that whatever is set as default will be able to be changed when you change your computer preferences (at least when on pc). Basically, of you leave the hardware preferences as default, out can change the audio output from premiere automatically when changing the computer's audio output how you would normally.
I recommend changing any input as the one you want to use/record with and, unless you want your audio to only play on a specific set of speakers, keep the outputs on default to avoid having to take any extra steps wanting to change your project's speaker output.

Great recommendations. Yeah, it really comes down to your own personal audio setup.
