Saying something is extended implies there's something within a song/film/show that wasn't previously there before. An extra verse, for instance. Not just the song being played three times. The song itself isn't extended. Just the length of the clip.
Go listen to the original version of this song, then come back. There are some key differences. First, the original does not have a repeating chorus "stand and follow command, out blood for the homeland..." at least at the beginning. I do agree that it is 'repeated' to an extent, but secondly, it is spliced in such a way that you cannot tell if the song should end at a certain point until this version ends.
