As a 16years hair dresser. Due covid I have to sanitize and extra cleaning. I have customers always late and I need that Extra time for clean up and bathroom break. If they are 6minutes late Sorry I can't take you . If I running late I always let them know 1hour in advance.
I actually charge a small fee for people who are late within a certain amount of time. If its still close I take them, if not I reschedule. Also, for reschedules, I require a CC or deposit down and state that they MUST let me know the latest 48 hours prior to their appt, if they are a no show or cancel, they are charged a percentage of the original apt price. Hope that helps:)

yes you can do this! I never have, but it is a good plan if it happens often to you where clients aren't showing up!
