I graduated from tech school today. Been doing a few interviews, and have one tomorow. I've been binge watching your videos steve and acouple other youtube techs as well hoping to pick up a few odds and ends before i get a job. Thanks for doing these.
steven lavimoniere I ended up getting hired!!!! I start Wednesday. They do light commercial and residential heating and cooling. So excited to call myself an hvac technician! :D
Nice video Steven! I know you only use and promote quality equipment and products you use day to day on your service calls and believe in. You deserve to be on Testos web site. Your an honest, well experienced technican who goes above and beyond on each and every repair to make the customer 100% satisfied. And I'm not blowing smoke.
U deserve the Testo shout Steve , I like the set up u have but I don't have the cash . My manager needs to step up and buy some cause they r must needed , without a tool like that we r in the dark.
justin henning yes its a must have tool for sure .. i have seen some stuff that would floor you .and if your not testing your guessing as eddie would say
Steve not sure if you know this about those rheem furnaces if you take off the little sight window and stick a long screw driver in there.there is a plate that is welded to the heat exchanger the welds come lose and plate fails. You are able to push it with screw driver.I seen it mess with combustion and sometimes it does not
Steve Lav buddy... im switching from reefer to A/C Guy,, whats the Co we need to get... NOT NOT what your getting on that unit.. I don't care about that unit.. how do I find out about the Co on the unit im working on...don't show me your service call without explaining why you need to get an adjustment to a certain CO level .. U do good work.. I hope you read this
Hi Steve , those Testo 320's are a great bit of kit , i use a Kane 455 which will do everything that the Testo does and i also use it with a printer like yours , my Kane is getting a bit old and worn now so i think its time for a 320 , but they are expensive..... : ( Keep up the good work buddy..... : )
Your draft value is not reading. You may have condensate blocking your probe. Sometimes the prob will fill with condensate and throw your readings off. I think if you tip the prob tube down towards the unit it will stay clear. Just saying that because it happened to me and it took me a while to figure out why I wasn't getting a draft reading.
Love your videos but they all look like you're in a dungeon. Have a look at a 4ft LED workbench light from H.F. I only weighs a pound or two and turns wherever you are into a nightime baseball game. Came for the 320 today, just bought a 310 at a price I couldn't refuse.

Steve, Nice Work. Testo puts out quality tools
S Sam testo has good stuff
Good video, had a few testo instruments and they felt really cheap then fell apart. I can't believe they allow single wall venting in your area.
mazzmari single wall vent piping is allowed ,18" clearance from and combustable materials such as wood ,ect or a shield should be installed
