Though CaDa just copies the bricks but makes original sets, as opposed to Lepin that copies the sets, instructions, and box-art too, just removing all LEGO logos.
Importing a counterfeit Prada bag could get you a fine in border customs but a brick set is very unlikely. This is between LEGO and the companies.
