Me too. When you make blatant lies about companies on a national level and hurt their business. You have every right to sue the guy. Both the text style and the term have been used at lest durring my lifetime of 63 years. According to rules for a trademark you cant trademark a household name a common term my pillow would be a common term.
I've never liked this guy, and his type of pillow been around for as long as I can remember. It was the cheapest pillow you could buy.
The very best pillows are made of latex rubber and soft foam pad thats full of holes.
